 Responsible for end to end IT Recruitment.
 Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager
to identify the right candidate.
 Have worked on various IT Requirements involving technologies such as .NET, Java,
QA Automation, Automated Testing, Desktop support Engineer,TSM,IT Helpdesk,IT

 Arrange Interview for the Candidates and follow up till their Joining.
 Re-sourcing through Internet job portals (Naukari, Monster.com) combined with
utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet
sourcing techniques
 Thorough preliminary screening of the candidate to evaluate various parameters like
experience, technical skills, communication skills, pays rate, education etc.
 Conducted in depth interviews with candidates by telephone to determine skills,
knowledge, interest, market value, and availability.
 Identified, qualified, and closed candidates through the use of the Internet sites,
senior technical resume database, and referrals.

 Handled the complete Recruitment Life Cycle -Coordination with client -
candidate, Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, Follow

 Recruitment across all levels Junior, Middle & Senior level placement.
 Coordination between the candidate and the client for interview scheduling and feed
