• Handling and coordinating with team members for recruitment.
• Scheduling interviews as per client requirements.
• Sending daily, weekly and monthly Recruitment reports to the B M & R C T.
• Preparing Sourcing Invoices to submit to clients.
• To edit and issue the offer letters to the global associates.
• To process the employees ID Cards and Bank accounts to the concern dept.
• Preparing Associates attendance to process the salary.
• Directly interacting with clients for issues and requirements.
• To coordinate with all the Concern departments and Branches to help the associates for
any complaints and issues.
