ABSTRACT: As an important equipment of high voltage switch cabinet distribution plays a key role in the power system of power generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, and monitoring the operation of electrical parameters, based on virtual instrument technology, make full use of the data processing, data analysis, data expression and network function and other advantages, build a set based on the LabVIEW real-time power quality monitoring system innovatively applied in high-voltage switch cabinet. Through building a power quality monitoring platform based on high voltage switchgear in the laboratory, the accuracy of the system measurement is verified. The experimental results show that the design of power quality real-time monitoring system has good performance, high accuracy, friendly interface, and has a good market prospect.

Abstract
Nowadays, distributed Databases have taken concentration in the database research. Data distribution and replication offer opportunities for improving performance through parallel query execution and load balancing as well as increasing the availability of data. These opportunities have played a major role in motivating the design of the current generation of database machines. The purpose of this study is to propose an approach that absolutely increases the performance of real-time distributed data service. The centralized real time database is based on critical closed loop control system. To overcome this problem we proposed a model/ system called user control distributed database model which try to stimulate the overload transaction during run time. Therefore the present system will be a step towards fulfill the needs of critical conditions like overload or run-time errors in context of distributed database system.

Fuel cell stacks containing hundreds of individual cells are capable of generating high voltage and current values needed for transportation, commercial, residential, portable and industrial power applications. Although majority of hydrogen produced today comes from reformulated natural gas generated through a process that creates a significant amount of carbon dioxide, fuel cell is still a viable energy source for the future electrical power applications. One of the hard cases of the fuel-cell power systems is proper monitoring, instrumentation and data acquisition of system parameters such as fuel flow into the system, AC and DC voltage values, load current, humidity, power, pressure, temperature, fuel utilization, overall system efficiency, noise, etc. Fuel cell test systems must precisely monitor and control the aforementioned hundreds of measurements in real-time. It is necessary to have an instrumentation system which is able to monitor and control fuel cell operation under varying conditions and accurately get information relating to real-time performance and operational characteristics to calculate fuel cell efficiency correctly. Instrumentation and interface systems must also provide flexible data acquisition, monitoring, and control capability to precisely control fuel cell operation. Therefore, a typical fuel cell test system requires high-resolution, high-voltage input, isolation, and waveform acquisition capability. The objective of this applied research project is design and implementation of a high-resolution data acquisition and interface module for a 500 W Hydrogen fuel cell power station using LabVIEW ™ PDS v8.20 software and field point based data acquisition modules.
Fuzzy Logic Method in SCADA to Optimize Network Electric Power Smart GridIJRESJOURNAL
Abstract: Smart grid is one of the solutions in terms of distribution of electricity to make it more effective and reliable. One of the main functions of the smart grid is to provide an important role in maintaining the reliability of electricity supply. Some sections in the smart grid include existing equipment at the site and the central computer. In order to convey the data from the site plant to the central computer, it needs a smart grid instrument controllers like SCADA. SCADA has a role to monitor, control, and communicate in two-ways between equipment on the site plant and the central computer. In SCADA systems, we often experience difficulty in obtaining data such as uncertainty of data and non-precision data. Then a method to overcome it is needed. In this study, Fuzzy Logic is used to detect network conditions toward the aspects of loading and the interference of overcurrent. Using four input variables with three and four linguistic value and four output variable with two linguistic value has resulted in eighty one rule base. Identification of faults was conducted by how big the DC voltage and the current. Once validated by SCADA systems and the use of Fuzzy Logic, we obtained 97.53% of the perfection of the system.

In High Voltage Direct Current(HVDC) Transmission Systems, high intelligence and reliability is demand more. It’s urgently necessary to run a real-time monitoring system on converter station water-cooled pump. From the functional requirements of the monitoring system, describes the structure of the proposed converter station water-cooled pump vibration signal monitoring systems, data acquisition unit of hardware and software systems. In accordance with vibration severity in GB/T 29531-2013, As a water-cooled pump monitoring and early warning threshold, based on LabVIEW, We developed a water-cooled pump monitoring system software. Test results show that the system can effectively monitor the water-cooled pump’s working conditions.

Abstract R.F. characterization of C-band dual mode ferrite phase shifter cannot be done manually due to enormous and huge amount of data. So this paper provides the solution in term of automated procedure for testing of C-band DMPS in LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) software. Dual mode phase shifter is currently being used in phased array Radar and WLR (Weapon Locating Radar). The DMPS is in production to realize the exorbitant demand of these radars. The desirable characteristic of phase shifter for phased array radar as differential phase shift, insertion loss, return loss, Hi-low phase difference, insertion phase, Rx-Tx phase can be measured with high accuracy. The output can be presented in any desirable form such as concluded summary form, graphical form and in excel sheet for future reference purposes. Abstract— The paper presents a low cost virtual instrument for monitoring the power quality events. The problem of power quality concerns the interferences which can be present in the mains. These electromagnetic disturbances can overcome a large interval of frequencies and can be present in industrial, domestic as well as commercial system .As main negative effects we can mention the high order harmonics, voltage fluctuations, flickers and disturbances with high slew-rates It is frequently indispensable to measure power quality indexes in wide electric power plant or in industrial zones. To this aim a low cost smart web sensors has been designed and implemented to acquire, process and transmit data over 802.3 network .It is organized in multi micro controller system. The first one dedicated to the data acquisition and the other to data processing, dynamic HTML pages construction and TCP/IP stack management. Key features of realized devices are low cost, data processing and remote communication capabilities, the possibility to provide data with any internet browser.
Injection Analysis of Hera And Betano New Power Plants At the Interconnection...IJRESJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: Electricity system in Timor Leste is supplied from small scale Diesel Power Plants (DPP) which are distributed at each district that not interconnected, as the consequences, electric continuity at some districts are disturbed so caused power outage. To overcome the matters, the steps taken by Timor Leste government by establishing 2 units of centered DPP with total capacity of 250 MW at Dili District of 120 MW and at BetanoDistrict of 130 MW. The new power plant will be injected at the electricity system of Timor Leste through transmission line of 150 kV. The new power plant injection will cause the power flow and system stability of Timor Leste entirely. Steady state analysis done including the power flow analysis before and after injection of DPP of Hera and Betano so can be seen the voltage profile change and the decrease of electric power losses. Beside the steady state analysis, also done the power system stability analysis to know whether the system can operate normally after short circuit disturbance of three phases before and after new DPP injection. The steady state analysis showed that the system voltage condition before injection of DPP of Hera and Betano experience decrease of -13% from the sending voltage, and the active power losses of 6.8%. After DPP of Hera and Betano injection the decrease only -6% and active power losses can be minimized become 5.3%. The results of power system stability showed the rotor angle stability, frequency and voltage stability during disturbance occurrence become more stable after injection with recovery time faster if compared with before injection of new power plant.
Harmonic AnalysisofDistribution System Due to Embedded Generation InjectionIJRESJOURNAL
ABSTRACT:The increased demand for electricity and the depletion of fossil energy sources are a challenge to exploit new and renewable energy sources. Relatively cheap renewable energy sources are Wind Power Plant (WPP) and Photovoltaic System (PV). Currently, many small scale generating plants are being evolved into conventional systems known as Embedded Generation (EG). EG as a source of electricity in the distribution system will affect the flow of system power, system reliability, voltage profile and others. Besides, with the placement of converter technology in WPP and PV system will give contribution of harmonic enhancement to the system. This paper presents the harmonic analysis of WPP and PV designs that are injected into conventional distribution system in one bus at Pujon feeder station Malang, Indonesia. The bus is chosen because in this area the need for electric power in the area is very high and the existing system has a harmonic value of 11%. Hybrid Active Filter (HAF) is designed to lower the voltage harmonics due to EG injection into existing systems without affecting harmonics in other buses. To analyze the harmonics in this study there are 4 scenarios offered: Scenario 1 starts with analysis on existing system, scenario 2 existing in WPP 2 MVA injection, scenario 3, injection1.3 MVA PV, scenario 4 injected EG (WPP and PV). The simulation result using PSCAD 4.5 shows in scenario 4 to generate harmonic voltage of 18.6% and after added with HAF, the harmonic value of the voltage becomes 2.434%

The head of affairs position replacement is often occurred in this agency, but the positions currently have a large number of incompetence person in charge. Subjection inthe election process leads to the inaccurate placement, resulting in poor leadership. The process of head of affairs assignment starts from candidates dispatching from each head of administrative section. Those candidates must then meet the three elements of assessment, i.e. the personality element, qualification element, and potential element. The candidates will be selected by head of agency as the top leader in the agency. The head of agency, however, poses difficulties to determine which candidate to put into position, frequently because of no proportional system exists to provide assistance in decision making process. A method is needed tomake more accurate placement for better leadership result.This research utilizegroup technology as the assessment elements hierarchical data structure and decision table as the rule evaluation engine to form a decision support system for making the replacement process of the heads of affairs easier and more accurate.
Yield Forecasting to Sustain the Agricultural Transportation UnderStochastic ...IJRESJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: Agricultural transportation is a major part of the United States’ transportation systems. This system follows a complex multimodal network consisting of highway, railway, and waterways which are mostly based on the yield of the agricultural commodities and their market values. The yield of agricultural commodities is dependent on stochastic environment such as weather conditions, rainfall, soil type and natural disasters. Different techniques such as leaf growth index, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), and regression analysis are used to forecast the yield for the end of harvest season. The yield forecasting techniques are used to predict the agricultural transportation needs and improve the cost minimization. This study provides a model for yield forecasting using NDVI data, Geographical Information System (GIS), and statistical analysis. A case study is presented to demonstrate this model with a novel tool for collecting NDVI data.
Injection Analysis of 5 Mwp Photovoltaic Power Plant on 20 Kv Distribution Ne...IJRESJOURNAL
ABSTRACT : A new 5 MWp PLTS or PV has been built in Oelpuah Village, Kupang Tengah. According to PT. PLN NTT,the amount of injected power to the distribution network cannot reach its maximum capability. At the moment, the average value of injected active power is 2 MWp. In this paper, a solution to achieve maximum injected power will be discussed. As a result of the study, the main problem is absence of energy storage. It cause the output power of the PV strongly affected by the weather. Hence a fluctuation of generated power cannot be avoided. The frequency in the distribution network system can be easily increased or decreased. Sudden drop in frequency due to 5 MWp lost, will cause the frequency to decrease beyond the standard value. The under frequency relay trips because it takes a long time to return to the originalvalue. A 5% of droop setting value is not suitable with those conditions. The droop characteristic setting should be reduced to 1% as a proposed solution. So that the response to frequency changes is more sensitive
Developing A Prediction Model for Tensile Elastic Modulus of Steel Fiber – Ce...IJRESJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: This paper attempts to develop a prediction model that can be used in line with prescribed laboratory experiments for indirect tensile test such that tensile elastic modulus can be predicted for cement stabilized lateritic soil reinforced with steel fiber using measured properties of the material. The results of the tensile elastic modulus obtained from the Derived Prediction Model almost nearly replicates that obtained from calculations from laboratory experimentation. Results obtained revealed that both the predicted values and calculated values have a linear correlation with an R2 of 96.4%. On this basis the Derived Prediction Model can be said to be valid within the limits of the study.

In an effort to minimize these problems, Bank Indonesia recommends the precautionary principle in arranging the loan terms and choose the prospective customer in the credit granting institutions, both banks and cooperatives to take into account the risk on lending. A method is needed to select bank for credit applications to the public, i.e. the customer. This research uses the comparison of MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making) between TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method and ELECTRE (ELimination Et Choix TRaduisant la realitE) method for the loan provisions to the customers. With the hope of getting the quickest and the most accurate solutions, the hesitancy in determining customers for lending can then be minimized.

ABSTRACT: In the metal machining, the cutting fluid has become a tough problem in term of the health of works and environmental protection. The heat transfer coefficients of the water-based fluid, mineral oil and plant oil are distinct. An investigation focused on the effects of different heat transfer coefficients (h) on the cutting thickness compression ratio, chip formation, stress distribution and specific cutting energy is presented and discussed. In this study, three heat transfer coefficients have been simulated by Third WaveAdvantedge in machining AISI 1045 steel during different cutting speeds.It has been shown that the Mises stress and temperature are both affected by the heat transfer coefficient. When the h reaches higher, the Mises stress increases and the temperature shows the opposite trend. Also, the results can be found that the chip compression ratio decreases and shear angle increases when hrises. The relationship between specific cutting energy and heat transfer coefficients can be found in this paper.

ABSTRACT: This study examines the functions of code-switching in primary schools by science teachers. In Namibia,English is the official language of instruction for science at primary school. At lower primary, Silozi is the language of instruction. Classroom interaction data was obtained from two science lessons. Analysis of the teachers' code-switching shows that code-switching in the two lessons was vastly different, with little codeswitching in the teacher-facilitated lesson.Evident in other lessons, in which science was taught as a content subjectbut with abstract names that had no corresponding local names in Silozi, there was frequent use of codeswitching for reiteration and message qualification. The direction of the language switch from Silozi to English as well as the proportion of teachersspeaking in English suggests that the official language for teaching is English at upper primary, grade 4 to 7. The science lesson and code-switching is a necessary tool for teachers to achieve teaching goals in content-based lessons involving students who lack proficiency in the instructional language. The study was conducted in five government primary schools in Katima Mulilo, the capital of the Zambezi region in Namibia.The national language is English language, with no exception inscience, mathematics, and language subjects.All Schools are located in a Katima Mulilo-urban. The students are from mixed classes, lower, middle and upper class families with their parents typically working as unemployed single mothers, domestic workers, clerks, nurses, teachers, and accountants. Some of the students could understand English because of their parents‟ educational background or in instances where English is spoken at home.

This paper analyzes the internal and peripheral resources of Infineon XC2785x microcontroller and designs hardware abstraction layer software and ECU abstraction layer software. The current characteristics of the jet valve driven by the natural gas multi-point injection engine were investigated. Risk Based Underwater Inspection (RBUI) For Existing Fixed Platforms In Indon...IJRESJOURNAL
Abstract For existing fixed platforms in Indonesian waters, a method to determine underwater inspection basedon the risk level is needed as an alternative for the conventional time-based underwater inspection. This paper discusses the development of Risk Based Underwater Inspection (RBUI) for Indonesian fixed offshore platforms by adopting the inspection scope from API RP 2A-WSD and API RP 2SIM. The risk will be determined based on the calculated Consequence of Failure (CoF) and Probability of Failure (PoF), and then it will be converted into a relevant inspection interval according to the references. In addition, it had also been discovered that the minimum fatigue of a platform that is shorter than the intended design life appeared to be the major problem of the Indonesian existing platforms. Therefore, this condition would be taken into consideration as a factor to override the preliminary inspection interval plan. Sample of 10 platform data located in Indonesian waters were used for RBUI analysis in this paper.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

ABSTRACT: As an important equipment of high voltage switch cabinet distribution plays a key role in the
power system of power generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, and monitoring the operation of
electrical parameters, based on virtual instrument technology, make full use of the data processing, data analysis,
data expression and network function and other advantages, build a set based on the LabVIEW real-time power
quality monitoring system innovatively applied in high-voltage switch cabinet. Through building a power
quality monitoring platform based on high voltage switchgear in the laboratory, the accuracy of the system
measurement is verified. The experimental results show that the design of power quality real-time monitoring
system has good performance, high accuracy, friendly interface, and has a good market prospect.

I. INTRODUCTION
High voltage switchgear is an important device for distribution of electric energy in the power supply
system in power system, power generation, transmission and distribution, electric power lines in the process of
commitment on and off system, fault protection, power parameter data monitoring function of [1], widely used
in power supply and distribution system. High voltage switch cabinet as connected to the power supply terminal
and a center hub terminal, power quality real-time monitoring of the power quality index, obtaining key
parameters, one can evaluate the operation level of power grid level, on the other hand can cause the entire
power grid problems and solutions provide the basis, and can be real-time master the running status of electrical
equipment, so as to find the hidden danger of the equipment timely, make preventive measures to reduce losses.
1 software development platform based on LabVIEW
In the control system, to obtain the original signal through the data acquisition hardware, and then use
the PC software to complete data processing, analysis and results show that the construction of measurement
instrument based on PC mode is called virtual instrument. The core of virtual instrument, which is a new
concept measuring instrument, has great advantages in its application software, and the use of software platform
to complete data processing and build visual interface. In the virtual instrument, we can change the software
system without changing the hardware system, and then we can change the software programming content
according to the user's request, and then we can get the measuring instrument with different functions. Therefore,
the key of the virtual instrument is software, and the measurement and control function of the instrument is
mainly realized by software.
the virtual instrument can complete various test applications. Virtual instruments have the following advantages:
(1).Development cost is low, cycle is short;
(2).User defined measurement and control function, flexible configuration, to meet the changing functional
requirements;
(3).Upgrade the measurement and control capability and level of the system conveniently;
(4).Easy to interconnect with other devices.
The virtual instrument platform of this system is using national instruments NI LabVIEW graphical
programming language and development environment, the use of LabVIEW to create icons instead of a text line
application, programming style is simple and direct, continuous improvement, update and improvement, has
unique advantages in data processing and analysis, data expression and network function etc. Full use of virtual
instrument technology, anti-interference ability, flexibility and scalability, low cost, cost-effective, user-friendly
interface, etc., to build a PC based power quality monitoring system. Especially when the system requirements
have changed, or when the system will be used in different environments, just need to make some necessary
software modifications and additions can meet the functional requirements of the system.
II. SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE
The data acquisition module, data processing and analysis module and real-time display module three
parts including power quality parameters monitoring system, data acquisition is completed by the traditional
hardware, different data analysis and display module is implemented by computer software. For the study on the

power quality parameters monitoring system, the software is the core part of the hardware, as long as the
monitoring points of voltage and current signal transmission through the sensor, signal conditioning and
embedded data acquisition conversion digital signal transmission to the computer software on the platform, you
can use the virtual instrument LabVIEW to complete the processing and analysis of electric energy the quality
parameters, data storage and display results.
The design of virtual instrument of power quality parameters monitoring and analysis system based on
the power quality parameters monitoring functions include: voltammetric measurements, frequency
measurement, power measurement, three-phase unbalance measurement, harmonic measurement, flicker
measurement and capture transient events, and complete data storage, query, print statements, remote history
access and other functions.The architecture of the system software is shown in figure 3-1.

System software implementation part includes three parts:
(1).Data processing and analysis mainly include real-time waveform display, basic parameter measurement
calculation, three-phase unbalanced calculation, harmonic calculation and analysis, voltage fluctuation and
flicker measurement, transient disturbance capture, and so on;
(2).Data management mainly completes waveform data recording, power index data storage, historical data
inquiry, report form printing and so on;
(3).data communication, mainly to complete the power quality information release and user remote access
function, through the network to achieve server-side data and client data services and sharing.
III. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SOFTWARE PART
3.1 Design of serial communication module
The serial communication module is used to transmit the raw data of the signal source of the monitoring
system, which is very important to the software of the monitoring system. This system uses LabVIEW serial
communication VI to complete the data transmission, as shown in figure 3-1.

Complete the serial communication program for data transmission, as shown in Figure 3-2, and encapsulate it as
a subroutine.

(1) Call the "VISA configuration serial port" function module to complete the serial initialization configuration,
that is to complete the establishment of related parameters, including the serial port resource name, baud rate,
data bits, stop bits, parity bits, etc.;
(2) After completion of initialization, use this serial port to receive data. Through the "VISA write" function
module to send data, through the "VISA read" function module to read data. Among them, the VISA read
operation will wait until the data bytes in the buffer reach the data bytes required in the current serial receive
buffer to begin receiving data.
(3) After the use of the serial port, use the "VISA shutdown" function to end the communication with the current
serial port, releasing all the resources occupied during the execution of the task.

The module of harmonic calculation and analysis: first, the acquired waveform data are filtered by
anti-aliasing filtering, and then FFT is added to the window to obtain the amplitude of fundamental wave and
the amplitude of each harmonic, and the total harmonic distortion THD is calculated. Finally, the basic wave
amplitude and the rate of each harmonic are written into the database for users to query data.

3.2 Design of flicker measurement module
At present, flicker measurement is the most widely used method, or flicker detection method
recommended by IEC. First, extract the fluctuation signal through the square demodulation method, the input
signal is square after 0.05 ~ 35Hz band frequency pass filter to filter the DC component and higher than 35Hz,
the amplitude modulation and demodulation from power frequency voltage signal. Then, the instantaneous sense
signal p (T) is obtained after the weighted filtering, square and smoothing weighted filtering of the center
frequency of 8.8Hz. Finally, the horizontal hierarchical state time method, that is, the cumulative probability
function (CPF) curve, is used to do the progressive hierarchical processing of the signal. According to the flicker
calculation method, the CPF curve obtained by short flicker Pst, long flicker value Plt (2H detection time) can
be obtained by n Pst and then the cube root. The program flow chart of the IEC flicker measuring instrument is
shown in figure 4-4.

IV. EXPERIMENTAL VERIFICATION AND RESULT ANALYSIS
4.1 Experimental verification scheme
In order to verify the accuracy of measurement results of the system, we choose the Fluck Corporation
Fluke 437 power quality analyzer as compared with the measured value of instruments, as the actual reference
value, the high performance of the instrument, its technical parameters are as follows: the effective value of
voltage measurement accuracy is 0.1%; the current effective value measurement accuracy + 0.5% the frequency
measurement accuracy of 0.01Hz;; power factor measurement accuracy + 0.1%; unbalanced voltage

5%. Therefore, it can be considered that the data measured by Fluke 437 is accurate and effective, and the
accuracy and reliability of the system are verified by comparing with its measurement results. Therefore, set up
the experimental system as shown in Figure 4-1, compare the measurement results of this system and Fluke 437.

During the experiment, the power grid voltage generator simulation simulation, the high voltage switch
cabinet RLC load applied to the cabinet, then change the voltage amplitude, frequency of the power system
simulator, and adjust the load cabinet in the resistive, inductive and capacitive properties of three kinds of load,
constant modification for electrical properties and load properties by repeated experiments. High voltage switch
cabinet as the experimental platform as monitoring points, the use of Fluke 437 and the simultaneous monitoring
of its power quality, obtain comparative data, analysis of experimental results and conclusions。

Among them, the 437 type power quality analyzer physical map and the grid simulation generator as
shown in Figure 4-2, RLC load cabinet and high voltage switch cabinet as shown in Figure 4-3.
4.2 Experimental verification scheme
In the design of the system interface, taking into account the monitoring system of power quality
parameters more content, so in order to make the measurement more beautiful and friendly interface,
user-friendly, using LabVIEW user controls Tab classification of power quality parameter data and charts, the
power quality information visually displayed to the user. The results show that the system has high measurement
accuracy, can achieve the national standard "General requirements" of power quality monitoring equipment for
the performance requirements, the system can be applied to the actual power quality monitoring.
