This document presents research on developing a voice operated lift control system using a microcontroller. The system uses voice commands to control the movement of an elevator between floors in large buildings. A microcontroller is programmed to communicate with Bluetooth, IR sensors, a DC motor and 7-segment display. The Bluetooth module provides wireless communication between a user's voice commands and the microcontroller. IR sensors are used to detect the elevator's current floor position. The DC motor drives the elevator movement and the 7-segment display shows the floor numbers. The goal is to create a system that can be operated through voice commands to benefit people with disabilities.
