Quality control plays an important role in industry by ensuring objectives are achieved. It involves continuously monitoring products and processes to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. This includes inspection activities where products are examined, measured and tested, with non-compliant features identified and analyzed. Quality control also aims to monitor production and identify and address non-compliant behaviors and issues. Ensuring quality focuses on preventing problems through standards and specifications at all stages from design to post-production and customer service. Quality management takes a holistic approach, incorporating policies, objectives, responsibilities, improvement, staff involvement and customer focus to manage quality in a systematic way.

2. Quality control plays an important role in
industrial development, because it is an
essential factor for achieving the objectives.
A control system must meet the needs of the
company and the type of activity to be
controlled. Quality control aims to
continuously monitor the quantity and quality
of product, design, installation and operational
improvement of integrated systems of human
resources, materials and equipment organized
for efficient and effective

4. The quality inspection is to examine, measure,
compare or test the quality characteristics of a
product or service for compliance with specified
requirements. We can also understand the activity of
detecting non-compliant features, for which we must
first make a Failure Analysis.
The inspection can be supported on the senses,
measuring instruments, in benchmarks or test
equipment and testing. Metrology (science of
measurement) is also another important support for
the inspection.
The inspection activity should correspond to a test
planning, which in turn involves making decisions
about the types of inspection applicable to every
situation.
