One way of helping to set things in the right
order is to decide on your milestones.
This is where you list the jobs in the order you
think they need to be done.
For example, which would you need to do 1st?
 Come up with an idea for your music video?
 Hire actors and dancers?

By listing the tasks in the order they need
to be complete we can plan to get things
done in the right order, and we won’t fall
behind with our filming.
We can record this on a production
milestones document.

 Start date: when can we start planning
it?
 Deadline: when does the video have to
be complete?
 Milestones: what do we need to get
done in the time that gives us?

the milestones on a week by week basis.
