2. Hello, my name is Cristian Lopez, born and raised in Honduras. At the
age of 14, my family and I moved to Chicago, IL. Music has always been
part of me, and my father was a musician for over 50 years, so music
runs in my blood. However, it wasn’t until I was 18 years old when I
began to perform on stages as a rapper. From there, my skills as a
producer, writer, manager, promoter, etc., began to grow. By the year
2005, we had accomplished a lot; opening for prominent Latin artists,
promoting music videos, and performing almost all Latin festivals
became the new norm. By 2010 a lot happened; my focus and direction
change, the group had broken up, and my family and I moved to Florida.
It wasn’t until 2017 where the opportunity for me to go back to school
happened. I attended one of Full Sail University open house, that’s when
I decided to take an Audio Sound Engineer certificate. Three years fast
forward, looking at how music has been such a significant influence in my
life, I decided to create and open my recording studio—a place where
Imperfection meets Perfection.
