2. I am a jack of all trades. Even though my
professional background started in customer
service and warehousing, I have been in the
music industry since 2006. At 29 years old, I
have held the titles of show manager, artist/band
manager, creative director, recording engineer
assistant, band member, record label owner,
and promotion street team manager. Recently, I
begun to develop to Jonez Enterprises, my
independent record label. I want to be become a
successful independent artist and successful
independent record label executive.

• I will execute a successful fan engaging semi-national
tour using my record label to promote our signed act(s)
to gain the attention of said company.
• To make initial contact, I will be sending emails and
letters to the company explaining overall goal and perks
of working with each other.
• To follow up, I will be making calls to the individual to
facilitate all small and large ideas on a bi-weekly basis
to facilitate a successful independent tour with a
powerhouse backing.

• I will facilitate a small semi-national touring showcase for
my independent record label.

summer to gain notoriety as a great musical
performer.

• I will open my own mid-size office space in Cincinnati,
Ohio for my independent record label by the end of 2024.
‣ Specifically, I will have gain various relationships
within a two year time frame to help fill the needs
of my record label.
Long Term: (2026)
• I will start expanding into clothing and accessories.
‣ Specifically, I will be taking online design classes
and also will be creating/marketing/selling
merchandise for my record label and our signed
act(s) to have hands on experience.

You know how artists always end up regretting signing to a major
label? Well, what I do is promote independency among artists to
negotiate favorable terms when dealing with a major record label.
In fact, I recently started an independent record label to help
artists retain their sense of independence while staying creative
and profitable.
