 Heading Recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like portals,
references, consultants, internal data bank etc. Sourcing for Middle & Senior level positions done by
me & Administer 2 Team Members in Talent Acquisition team, after identification of manpower
requirements for new / existing Depts. Frequent Coordination & Interactions with the Regional HR
Representatives.
 Involved in checking of the CTC to be offered to the selected candidates in parity with the existing

 Responsible for On-Boarding formalities, Making sure are appointment letter (across all regions &
plants) released on timely basis.
