❖ Using this tool you can improve your business by inserting data in a pivot view to a
spreadsheet.
❖ In Odoo 15 we have a lot of advanced options for Spreadsheet. Let us see how this tool is
used in Odoo 15 CRM.
❖ We have a pipeline analysis report ie; CRM Sales analysis to analyze the performance of
the sales team and salesperson.
❖ Managers can constantly monitor the team’s performance in order to help to take accurate
and relevant decisions for the company. After adding required measures and filtration to the
report it can be added and automatically updated in a spreadsheet.

3. ❖ Goto Odoo apps, and install document_spreadsheet app.

4. ❖ Goto CRM module, Reporting > Pipeline
❖ In the CRM module, we have a pipeline analysis report ie.CRM Sales analysis to analyze
the performance of the sales team and salesperson.

5. ❖ You have the liberty to Filter, Group and Add favorites from the report for quick access and
improving efficiency. We have various views available for this pipeline analysis like kanban,
pivot, list etc.

6. ❖ From pivot view we will get an option to INSERT IN SPREADSHEET

7. ❖ From prompt window we can select ‘New spreadsheet’ or ‘Partner spreadsheet Test’.
Then CONFIRM.

8. ❖ We will directed to a new untitled spreadsheet after confirming and we can use the style options
and rename the title of the spreadsheet. Click on column head and we will get the details of
data.

9. ❖ Right click on the data and we will have the option to See Records.

10. ❖ We will directed to a list view from there we will get the details of values summed.

11. ❖ Select a portion of your spreadsheets value and from insert Select Chart.

12. ❖ We will get a chart representation of the values and also we can specify the chart
type, data range etc.

13. ❖ Now select a column for applying conditional formatting, right click after selecting and
click on Conditional formatting.

14. ❖ Now apply the rule for formatting, you can use the styling options from window after
customisation SAVE

15. ❖ After applying conditional formatting we will get the result like following one.

16. ❖ From Document module select Spreadsheet.

17. ❖ We will get all the spreadsheets here and select your spreadsheet.We will get the
options for download, share etc and also we can set the owner, tags etc from here.

18. ❖ Now coming to a list view, from favorites we will get the option for Insert in
spreadsheet. Click on that.

19. ❖ Insert the no of rows and CONFIRM.

20. ❖ And the record values are inserted into a new spreadsheet with entered rows.
