2. INTRODUCTION
❖ Pricing of products are very important for successful business
❖ For some reasons we need to change the price of products. So in that case pricelist
are really helpful.
❖ The price list may remain fixed for a long period for certain items and it may change
every day for some products.
❖ Go to Sales → Configuration → Settings and search for Pricelist
3. ❖ If you enable that there are 2 options. Let’s enable the first one
1) Multiple prices per product :- Using this we can create multiple fixer price rules for a
product.
4. ❖ Go to product → pricelists.
❖ Create a price list for products.
5. ❖ Here we can add pricelist name and set a price rule for products.
❖ choose a product and set minimum quantity and price, also set the start date and end date.
6. ❖ In configuration tab you can limit the availability of this pricelist to certain country groups.
❖ And set the discount policy then save it.
7. ❖ Go to Orders → Orders and create a sale order for this product.
❖ here we can choose our pricelist then update the price and add this product. You change the
quantity, unit price will be changed according to the rule set inside the pricelist.
8. ❖ Then go to configuration → settings, choose the advanced price rules and save it.
9. ❖ Go to pricelist you can edit existing pricelist or you can create it.
❖ Here when you select the price rule you can see a new window opened, Here you can
choose the product variant and category and also choose the product computation.

❖ Then go to the products → Products, select our product and set the sale price as 100

❖ Create a sale order for this product and we can choose the pricelist and our product, then
update the pricelist so the unit price is changed to 105.
