Tax adjustments in Odoo 15 allow users to manually adjust tax payables to reflect the correct tax liability. Users can access tax adjustments from the Accounting menu and fill out a popup to provide details of the adjustment like the name, accounts, amounts, and adjustment type. After creating the adjustment, it can be posted to a journal entry and viewed on the accounting dashboard. The tax report configuration can also be edited to add new report lines for tax adjustments.

2. INTRODUCTION
Tax adjustments are transactions which are entered to adjust the payable taxes to arrive at the
correct tax liability that need to be paid to the tax agency.
In Odoo 15 Accounting we can manually do the tax adjustment.
Go to Accounting -> Actions-> Tax adjustments

3. Tax Adjustments
● In the accounting module under the accounting tab we can see the tax adjustment submenu
● Accounting > Accounting > Actions > Tax adjustments

4. Here we can see the popup view for Tax Adjustments

5. ● Give a name for the tax adjustments
● Add Report Line, Amount, Debit Account, Credit Account Etc…
● Select an Adjustment Type from the dropdown In that there two types
1. Applied on debit journal item
2. Applied on credit journal item
We can choose any one of this

6. After filling the popup click on the CREATE AND POST MOVE button and post the Tax adjustments

7. Go to Accounting Dashboard> Miscellaneous Operations > Journal entries

8. Select the Journal entry that we created on the tax adjustment from here.

9. From here we can reverse the entry or the entry will be reset to draft. Also we can see the journal
items on the page

10. Accounting > Configuration > Management > Tax Report

11. Click on the add a line option we can create the report line fill the fields and click SAVE AND CLOSE
button that will be saved
