● It was a well made film for all the senses
● empty
● it was nice to connect with others who are also passionate about reducing stigma :)
● I related to this due to my best friend being hit by a drunk driver 6 years ago, so it made
me emotional.
● TO be honest I saw me as the girl which was very eye awakening
● How addiction and depression can be so isolating.
● Hello! I'm a student panelist and my camera is locked
● felt empathy for the characters; felt anxious and sad
● i found it so compelling. i especially connected with the cinematography
● ...how pain can travel down multiple generations
● Unfortunately the full video clip did not load for me and I was not able to finish watching,
from what I saw, I felt a lot of depth and profound sense of sadness and trauma
● Was very well made though even though it made me think of something so hurtful
● felt horrible for the consequences. how do you move on after a traumatic event?
especially with the guilt
● i really liked that it was in another language, too. something powerful about that. made it
feel universal

help support your wellness?
● journaling, therapy, going for walks
● having a schedule, walking
● Separating personal reactions from objective perspectives to glean insight
● talking things out. discussions about feelings
● calling friends & family
● Walking alone, getting sun
● grounding activities i.e. values, mindful meditation
● Meditation and setting self goals
● being creative like painting
● taking a few minutes to lie down and think
● journaling, staying off social media
● Float on water to feel like nothing is around you
● yoga! and catching when I'm being critical of myself...ya gotta go easy on
yourself
● zoom with friends and family
● Zoom has been great.
● surrounding yourself with creativity and open minded uplifting people

● wowww
● I felt as if she was taking her power back.
● still feeling wowww lol
● this was so VALIDATING! it was very relateable
● selflove
● I thought it was hopeful
● innocence stolen at a young age, and shes coming back
to raise and nurture herself
● upsetting, felt it in the pit of my stomach. later felt
uplifted and amazed at the healing self love

How can we support
ourselves and others?
● Always listening. Not trying to tell them how they should feel.
● Listen without judgement.
● spread kindness
● taking care of ourselves so we can be present with others
● Making yourself available and be accepting
● be accepting. you dont know what others are struggling with. start the open dialog
● hrough self-compassion and self-healing activities i.e. self care, community involvement,
hobbies
● Just ask the famous question of "are you okay" with the sound of support and no shame to
just listen
● Talk to ourselves like we would a friend. We are much harder on ourselves than our friends!
● Reflect on our accomplishments, accept our mess ups and prepare for the future that we
want.
● leading by example. Showing vulnerability and talking about self care, so that others are able
to as well.
● Take breaks when you need it, wherever that may be.
● We can listen and be empathetic, but not necessarily offering a solution - just listening.
● absolutely! I am always harder on myself than others are.
● checking in with yourself and with others regularly
