IN JUST A FEW WORDS...
What has self-care been
looking like for you these days?

● hot bath after work
● getting a lot of rest
● Trying to set a sleep schedule
● Intentional breaks in my day, coffee walks!
● Playing disc golf
● praying
● Taking time out of my day to do what I want and not what I have to do
● Drinking my coffee on my front porch. Hula hooping! :)
● keeping a schedule written down to refer to
● Reading and check in w friends
● Podcasts + walking
● Making sure that I make my bed in the morning and eating a good
breakfast!
● Using mindfulness meditation app
● Making sure I set time aside for myself and doing something that brings
me peace during that time. Reading, meditating, grabbing coffee, etc.

● I deleted all social media and shifted my focus to

noticing when I need to take a break.

● Yes! I am on a social media break from my personal
page and just a few days in it is helping me focus a lot
and be more genuine in who I choose to connect with
