How have you experienced the concept of "mental health" within your own cultural
communities?

● People are scared or self-conscious to discuss
● Fearful others will judge
● Taking medication is seen as negative
● Guarded
● Almost all maternal family has MI. The culture is one of "who needs
support at this time."
● In my community they do not take it serious.
