Role & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Manpower Planning -
 Hiring personnel as per the requirement at all levels.
 Preparing Job descriptions based on the specification provided by the respective
department head.
 Conducting a HR round of interview and filling out the info on the HR Evaluation form.
 Administering qualification tests and doing all the necessary co-ordination for the
Technical and Final round of interview.
 Documentation/Paperwork process for new joinees.
2. Induction of New Joinees:
 To plan the induction of new employees joining the organization from time to time
 Organizing the same for new Joinees in consultation with related Department heads and
the CEO
 Oversee the process as it happens to ensure that the new person is taken care of.
 Educate the new joinee about the current policies and processes in the company
3. Performance Management:
 Carrying out the periodic performance appraisals by making the employee fill up the PA
form.
 Drive the process of Performance reviews from time to time.
 Providing the management with the required details such as absenteeism and other
records of the employee.
 Giving the employee the Confirmation and Increment letter and a duplicate copy for Office
record.
4. Leave Attendance:
 Monitoring Leave and attendance data in HR system.
 Maintain and update employee information in company database.
5. Employee Relations:
 Celebrating important Festivals and planning for Traditional Days and Diwali and New
Year parties in the Organization.
 Explaining individual KRAs to the employee and keeping a clear communication and
building trust in the Organization.
 Manage the Grievance Handling process within the organization and engage with
employees.
6. Exit Formalities :
 Ensure that proper process of exit is followed by the employee during the exit (from
resignation to approval of resignation to final relieving.
 Carry out the exit interview of employees leaving the organization
 To carry out the Full and Final Settlement in consultation with the CFO and Finance Dept.
 To ensure proper documentation of the exit process
7. Disciplinary Actions :
 Wherever necessary, initiate action on erring employees in consultation with the
management from time to time.
 Expediting such action with proper documentation and records
 Ensuring such actions to bring about professionalism in dealing with people issues
8. Driving cultural change:
 Fostering a professional work culture to ensure fairness in decision making
 Engage with the employees and management to be an effective bridge between
Management and employees to facilitate better decision making
 Involve employees in fun activities from time to time (birthdays/ celebrations/ festivals,
etc.)
 Be a sounding board for employees by interacting with them on a day to day basis.
9. Documentation Management:
 Ensure all employee related documents are in place (individual folders)
 Maintain a check of documents from time to time
 Prepare notices, circulars, letters and other documents on behalf of the management to
facilitate communication from time to time
