 To carry forward the Employee Referral Program regularly.
 Taking HR round of interview and coordinating it further with the respective department counterpart.
 Undertaking the offer related discussions and salary negotiations, and preparing the offer/appointment letter
thereafter.
 Coordination with job portal for contract renewals & revision.
Induction/Orientation Planning & Implementation:
 Undertaking the process of joining formalities.
 Conducting the Induction program for the new employees.
 Preparing and maintaining the Personnel Folder, Employee Database and allotting the employee code.

Performance Management System & Appraisals:
 Performance appraisal for system effectiveness by annual increments, promotion & transfers
 Responsible for the complete cycle of Performance Appraisal.
 Undertaking the quarterly and final probation appraisal and henceforth preparing the Confirmation Letters.
 Preparing the Increment letters.
 Preparing Job description and evaluation for various positions.
 Designing of the Questionnaire & Collection and interpretation of data of employee survey & Presenting the
findings and recommendations to top management and implementation of the corrective actions.
Training & Development:
 Identification of Training needs across the organization , Finalize the annual training plan, Coordination &
execution of in - house & out - house training as per training plan , development the process for evaluation of
Learning effectiveness of training imparted
 Analyzing, planning and coordinating the technical and non-technical training of employees.
 Recording the Training feedback during and after completion.
 Maintaining appropriate training records of each employee.
 Conduct Timely Refresher Training about the HR Policy.
Employee Relations:
 Ensuring healthy employee-management relations in the organization, by encouraging employees to voice
their opinions on common platforms and promoting employee involvement in improvement activities.
 Always act an effective chain between Management and Employees.
Grievance Handling:
 Handling grievances and determining that the complaint is substantiated only after hearing from both/all sides
thereby checking other relevant evidence, and taking into account any mitigating circumstances.
 Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and
achieve dedication by workers.
 Keep a check on employee pulse for keeping attrition in control proactively & facilitate employee engagement.
Employee Motivation & Employee Engagement:
 Identifying patterns, trends and root causes for making recommendation(s) to Management to improve
motivation, increase retention and efficiency of employees.
 Developing / updating and implementing reward and recognition Schemes.
 Undertaking of recreational activities in the Company for employee benefits and work effectiveness. For
instance, monthly or quarterly get together arrangements, birthday & festival celebrations.
 Arranging gifts for festivals & Birthday
 Issuing the respective Reward certificates for the employees.
 Organizing indoor/ outdoor games/events on different festive occasions (such as Diwali etc.) or on eve of
national holidays (such as Republic Day & Independence Day).
 Conducting meeting called as “HR MEET” for all the HR Employees in the organization.
Payroll Management:
 Working out remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the
same.
 Preparation & generation of attendance sheet for salary generation & forwarding the same to Accounts Dept.
for salary preparation.
 Auditing the Leave Management system on a monthly and annual based cycle.
 Handling payroll related query of all employees
Statutory Compliances:
 PF & ESIC Department ,Factory LIience, Polluction Department & Other GOVT Department.
 Explaining the benefits of PF & ESIC to employees.
Social Compliances:
 Looking Factory Compliance with SGS, INTERTEK, BV, INDITEX & H&M.
Vendor Dealing:
 Responsible for opening the salary account of employees and resolving any issues related to it.
 Dealing with Recruitment consultants and sharing requirements with them on fortnightly basis.
Employee Exit & Full & Final Settlement:
 Responsible for Employee Exit process, Exit Interviews and Full & Final Settlement for all employees.
 Facilitation of smooth exit process for employees.
 Conducting exit interviews to ascertain trends in voluntary resignations and identifying actionables
pertaining to the same.
General Administration:
 Coordination of administrative activities at the time of training, event programs etc. & organize them as per
requirements.
 Handling correspondence & confidential documents and maintaining records of Annual Maintenance Contract
of company equipments.
