Responsibilities:
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: -
• Developed Training Manual & successfully implemented across all units.
• Set target of training manhours for staff 30 hours and 12 for associates within the training budget.
• Training Need Identification & Preparing Annual Training calendar & Facilitate implementation of same
across units.
• Ensuring adherence of trainings as per PLAN on Monthly basis
• Organise training programs in accordance with Training need Identification from Inhouse & Outhouse
faculties at factory premises as well as depending on individual/group needs like, Life Goal Planning,
Stress Management, team building, leadership, time management, service quality etc.
• Preparation of Training Budgets.
• Induction of new entrants & Developed and implemented Orientation program – Delivered by Sr.
Managers about the organizational scenario for new joinees
RECRUITMENT/MANPOWER MANAGEMENT: -
• Responsible for recruitment upto Manager level
• Salary negotiation & Appointment formalities
• Identifying and recruiting skilled personnel in the organization, through advertisements, consultants,
internal job posting and Head hunting.
• Coordination with HR Departments at manufacturing units for interviews, consultants etc.
• Dealing with Recruitment Consultants for profiles, interviews and payments.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT/APPRAISAL: -
• Periodic appraisals: Confirmation/Performance/ Potential
• KRA setting for staff members
• Regular monitoring of employees' performance & KRAs
• Evaluate individual performance and maintain record.
• Mid term reviews
MIS & EMPLOYEE DATABASE
• Preparation of company's monthly HRIS giving insights on:
• Entries/Exits & Internal Manpower movements
• Surplus/Deficiency of manpower in Departments/Locations
• Training programs conducted during the month
• Other achievements/initiatives taken by HR during the month
• Responsible for maintaining and updating employee database
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Preparation of Job Description for all Staff members
• Distribution of JD to each individuals for QS requirement
• Regular updation of Job Description.

• Plays an active role for organizing First day function on every month about the Performance &
Achievement of Company.
• Interaction with employees on regular basis for suggestions as well as complaints.
• Conducting exit interview & make analysis and finally reporting to management.
• Organizing different events, cultural programs, viz. Annual day.
• Sending WELCOME note of New Joinees'
LEGAL & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
• Plays an active role in timely submission of Legal & Statutory compliances viz.
