Responsibilities:
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: -
• Developed Training Manual & successfully implemented across all units.
• Set target of training manhours for staff 30 hours and 12 for associates within the training budget.
• Training Need Identification & Preparing Annual Training calendar & Facilitate implementation of same
across units.
• Ensuring adherence of trainings as per PLAN on Monthly basis
