DECLARATION OF NON-COLLUSION
A form for tenderer to fill up and sign to declare that they are not
under any agreement with any other tenderers or parties to submit
any pre-determined tender amount.
FORM OF TENDER
For the tenderer to state the tender amount and proposed completion
time and making it the legal offer by attesting with signature or
company seal.
1. Fixed completion period: 9 months
2. Type of contract: Lump sum contract
3. Offer remains valid and shall not be withdrawn within 60 days from final
date of submission of tender.
INSTRUCTION TO TENDERER
• To inform tenderer on the rules and procedures to comply during the
tendering process.
1. Tender bond of RM 5,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee.

Plaster and paint:
20mm thick cement and sand (1:6) plastering with one coat of ā€˜ICI’ primer and two
coats of ā€˜ICI' weathershield paint finish to ALL the external wall surfaces.
50mm gap x 12mm depth groove line wall finish.
INTERNAL WALL FINISHES
1. Plaster and paint:
20mm thick cement and sand (1:6) plastering finish with one coat of 'ICI' primer
and two coats of 'ICI' emulsion paint to all internal walls EXCEPT bathroom and
