building measured to the internal face of enclosing wall or columns, doors.
• Enclosed spaces- open balustrades, louvers, screens, columns, and etc shall be
deemed to the enclosing walls.
• Note: In cases where one or two sides of the building is enclosed for the full
width by doors, other than walls and have a floor and ceiling
• Eg: in shophouses or stalls- these spaces shall be deemed to be enclosing
spaces.
Gross Floor Area (GFA)
