Merchandise Manager, Outlets
Distributed all men’s footwear to outlets, set and adjusted stock models based on sales performance,
featured product presentations, and planned promotions. Supervised Women’s and Children’s
Allocators in all aspects of store merchandising including initial style creation and distribution, making
constant stock model adjustments in store assortments and executing planned promotions in
merchandise system.
• Created styles in system which allowed purchase orders to be written as designated by Receipt
Plan for scheduled delivery as well as allowing promotional prices to be loaded into store registers,
ensuring correct pricing when completing sale transactions.
• Performed all aspects of Men’s Buyer which included style selection for future season plans in
forecasting sales and receipt plans by category and style, developing new products with Sourcing
Department which met needs to fill voids in product assortment that were not fulfilled by existing
carry over products.

ensuring inventory was produced and delivered to meet desired time lines as dictated by planned
budgets.

ups and also to select styles to promote at what special prices for monthly planner periods.
• Completed all transfers of discontinued styles from full price stores to outlets at end of each season,
accounting for approximately 300,000 pairs per season.
