This document outlines the National LEAD Manager's responsibilities and framework for the LEAD program. The manager is responsible for conducting a needs assessment, creating a program framework, engaging partners, delivering the program, and reviewing/evaluating outcomes. The LEAD program targets local committee presidents, vice presidents, and marketing & membership directors. It focuses on developing leadership, AIESEC, and management skills through experiential learning sessions. The framework integrates LEAD into the national/local education cycle and includes a timeline, delivery approach, and engagement of external stakeholders. Progress and results are reviewed on a half-yearly and yearly basis.
