Strenght a vision of responsible ambition, which means, the need of
taking real time actions in order to achieve our mid term
organizational projections and goals, both individually and as a
network. This is also a call for a fast responding – self driving
entity, based on the principles of maturity, responsible committment
and coherent decision making.
AMBITION + INDEPENDENCY + RESPONSIBILITY
INDEPENDENCY – A SELF DRIVEN NETWORK.
Autonomy and accuracy in local decision making processes and local
operational flow. VPs and TLPs enhancing a self driven network, they
know how to perform efficiently their duties and proactively look for
different learning and improvement oppotunities.

Coherent leaders, people that take actions rather than stay planning
or saying things , understanding our near environment and the
contribution we can have as an Organization.
Sustainable thinking, committment to results but also to a propper
and responsible way to get such results. Role modelling and maturity
based undrestanding of the EB experience.
RESPONSIBILITY
“Efficiency and growth around our focuses”
Leaders clearly understanding the local needs and challenges, and
the role we all must play in order to achieve local goals and mid term
ambitions.
Clear understanding of local work focuses, priorities and needed
connections and sinergy.
