 Ask for an experiment, not a lifetime commitment so that
he/she notice your view.
 Get the timing right: If your company is in the middle of cost-
cutting or your manager just got reprimanded by her own boss,
now probably isn't the time to make a special request. Make sure
you're considering the full landscape that your boss is dealing
with before you make your request.

15.  When he was in 12th std his goal was to study in DDIT
college and he got admission in that college. After
completion of his B.E degree his goal was to get a join in
ESSAR or RELIANCE and he got it.
 Now his goal is to become IAS officer.
 So his goals are changing with time so he can say that he
choose that profession for get experience.
