construction firm.

years in construction field.

MISSION
• According to him ,Every day is a mission in this ever
changing world. We can’t stop and rest, otherwise we’ll
be left behind .
• According to him, We all have a mission to lead a
prosperous life .
• According to him each of us have to face new
challenges every day and he is always ready to face
them .

Vision of successful life:
According to him Vision is a
necessity as you can’t design every
building in the same manner .
According to him Vision is
important for the rapid growth
and development of this world.
Vision Of Carrier
1. According to him he said that every challenge
is an opportunity to develop something new in
yourself and the world around you.
2. According to him every day we have new
challenges to stop but we must generate the
capacity to counter them.
JOB STISFACTION
•As per him the job satisfaction should be
both internal and external.
•Internally, he should be satisfied by his
own designs of buildings and externally
the customers should get a well
structured, lavish building and that too
at a reasonable price .
Believe In Opportunity
• He believe in opportunity as an
opportunity provide us a chance to prove
our self and who knows we may win a
reward from it .
•His purpose is to provide all the basic
necessities to his customers at a price that
they can afford.
COVINENCE TO SENOIURS
1.He provide an executive summary
and start by sharing the key
messages.
2. He explaining a product or an
idea and show a demo to them.
Contribution To Organization
•He work on the design of the building,
structural stability and look after the
work of labor.
•He try to provide better facilities and
accommodation to his customers at
affordable prices . And, in this way he
relate his work to the society.
Trust behaviour-
•He has a trust behaviour every one in
society trust on him he always do what
he says.
•In his successful career whenever he
feels the “fear of failure” he always over
come that failure by hardworking.
Vision of contributor-
•Short term vision is to provide basic
needs to all the customers and strong
buildings that can withstand tremors.
•Long term vision is to provide shelter or
home to the poors of our country with
the help of government.
