I am form GEC, Bhavnagar. I wants to take

Dr. Pandit : Yes, sure.

4. I : How many years of experience?
Dr. pandit : I have 40 years experience in
teaching field. On 1974 I have
started my service in school as a
school teacher.

5. I : You are successful contributor in your field. How do
you take your work?
As a goal?
As a mission?
As a challenge?
As a new establishment?
Dr. Pandit : I take it as a mission. Because revolution of
society is only possible by education.

6. I : According to you what are the qualities to become a
successful Employ?
Dr. pandit : A successful employ must have good
character, and other secondary qualities are
Honesty and Communication skill.

7. I : Do you believe in reward or opportunity ?
Dr. Pandit : My work is my reward.

8. I : According to you, what is the job satisfaction?

organization and how do you relate it to society?
Dr. Pandit : Reformation and Reconstruction of primary
education system by making learning
without burden.

term Vision?
Dr. Pandit : I want to create an environment in which a
children can grow up with their delight.
And developed an educational society.

11. I : What is your message or an advice or any suggestion
for the youth?
Dr. Pandit: Every person have its own ability to do its
work in a best way, only they need to utilize
it in a proper way and proper manner.
