Ans. Take challenges and try to have learning habit
throughout your career. Everyday is your new
beginning to learn new things.
4.During your long successful career, you might
have faced some challenges, how do you take it..? As

Ans. Always as an opportunity. No pain no gain.

7. Sir...sometimes in your carrier you might have
faced your juniors are not working according to your
Expectations. How do you make them work..?
Ans. by finding their problems and motivating them.

your Seniors are not supporting according to your
Expectations. How do you make them convince..?
Ans. always hear them first and try to make them
understand your situation. I believe every problem

can be solved by discussion.
7. 9. Sir, according to you, what is your Contribution to
organization and how do you relate it to society?
Ans. any efforts placed by me adds to the growth of
organization in totality. Also if company grows it
will generate more employment opportunities.
10. Can you give me any example of your personal
experience in which you demonstrate “you can do”
attitude and “overcome the “Fear of Failure”?
Ans. Once we had very stringent deadlines. In our
team there were 6 people. Of which two people
resigned on very last moment. Out of 4, other two
had some medical emergencies.

8. I was only left with 2 persons with tons of work. But
the inner zest in me derived me to work day and
night with other two people and finally we as a team
accomplished the task.
11. What is your short term vision? And what is your
Long term Vision?
Ans. My short term vision is to see my team and
work going smoothly to meet the monthly quarterly
and yearly deadlines.
My long term vision is to enhance the business. To
generate more opportunities, I want to see myself as
an emerging leader in the business market. 8

future engineers...or any suggestion for youth?
Ans.Take your work passionately. Otherwise you
will always be in a rat race.
13. Sir… Will you please share any life experience
of yours, which you feel makes you a successful
person.
Ans. I had always ensured that I give quality time to
my family. In fact I had postponed many travelling
opportunities because I can spent time with them.
Initially I had not received the increments or
promotions.

But with their support over the period of
time, I had put my best efforts to balance my
work life balance. always given enough time
to close friends and that’s the reason I have
my family, friends and near ones to
celebrate my life with me. I think that is
being successful…..
