A.I advice him with my experience. It is not always convert them all juniors work as per my style.so I try

A. My first try is to work for my organization. I give best of my experience so that I can be satisfied. The

A. My organizations setup was fixed as 10 employees but in present situation I only handle this
organization. So it was very hard for me but I spare my time & also applied computerizes utilization & I
now successed & that way I overcome the few of failure

A1.Short term vision:
my short term vision is to handle important issued as per

for youth ? Message to new engineer:
A. Any message to new engineer is that they have to face more critical
problems & they have time.
-all fresh engineer must use their time as per schedule. Also advise to become
self oriented . Do not depend on other. You can do anything just try it again
try it & you will be successed.
