 Ms. Kantilal G. Makwana serves as the 
deputy engineer in civil department 
and member in government Job. 
 Ms. Kantilal joined the civil engineering 
In 2005.
HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE? 
Q. 9 years experience in civil engineering department. 
Since you are a successful…Sir, how do you take your work..? 
As a goal According to you, what are the qualities to become a successful employ..? 
A. The most thing is you must complicated your pending work. 
then you can spare your time for new issue. So my moto is no pending 
Work. 
Q. During your long successful carrier, you might have some challenges, how do you take it..? as an 
opportunities or as a hurdles ? 
A.I face my challenge as an opportunities . without challenges no one 
Can face any problems.

Q. According to you What is a job satisfaction..? 
(a) External satisfaction

Means you believe in reward or opportunity..? Domain Vision or purpose Vision..? 
A. My job satisfaction is not only my internal satisfaction, external. I mean so above both is necessary 
for a successful employee. 
Q. Sir sometimes in your carrier you have faced your juniors are not working according to your 
Expectations. How do you make them work..? 
A.I advice him with my experience. It is not always convert them all juniors work as per my style.so I try 
to work as per the challenges.

Q. Sir, according to you , What is your Contribution to organization and how do you relate it to 
society..? 
A. My first try is to work for my organization. I give best of my experience so that I can be satisfied. The 
organization is working for society so that my contribution indirectly goes to society. 
Q. Can you give me any example of your personal experience in which you demonstrate “you can do” 
attitude and “overcome the “Fear of Failure” 
A. My organizations setup was fixed as 10 employees but in present situation I only handle this 
organization. So it was very hard for me but I spare my time & also applied computerizes utilization & I 
now successed & that way I overcome the few of failure

Q. What is your short term vision and what is your Long term vision..? 
A1.Short term vision: 
my short term vision is to handle important issued as per 
demand . I give priority to the problems immediate attention. 
A2.Long term vision: 
I basically work for my long term vision. It is only vision to work 
for lifetime . I work sustanceable as per schedule for up gradation & 
satisfaction.

Q. What is your message or advice for the future engineers or any suggestions 
for youth ? Message to new engineer: 
A. Any message to new engineer is that they have to face more critical 
problems & they have time. 
-all fresh engineer must use their time as per schedule. Also advise to become 
self oriented . Do not depend on other. You can do anything just try it again 
try it & you will be successed.

As a goal According to you, what are the qualities to become a successful employ..? A. The most thing is you must complicated your pending work. then you can spare your time for new issue. So my moto is no pending Work. Q. During your long successful carrier, you might have some challenges, how do you take it..? as an opportunities or as a hurdles ? A.I face my challenge as an opportunities . without challenges no one Can face any problems.

Domain Vision or purpose Vision..? A. My job satisfaction is not only my internal satisfaction, external. I mean so above both is necessary for a successful employee. Q. Sir sometimes in your carrier you have faced your juniors are not working according to your Expectations. How do you make them work..? A.I advice him with my experience. It is not always convert them all juniors work as per my style.so I try to work as per the challenges.
  • 19. CONTRIBUTOR… Q. Sir, according to you , What is your Contribution to organization and how do you relate it to society..? A. My first try is to work for my organization. I give best of my experience so that I can be satisfied. The organization is working for society so that my contribution indirectly goes to society. Q. Can you give me any example of your personal experience in which you demonstrate “you can do” attitude and “overcome the “Fear of Failure” A. My organizations setup was fixed as 10 employees but in present situation I only handle this organization. So it was very hard for me but I spare my time & also applied computerizes utilization & I now successed & that way I overcome the few of failure
  • 20. CONTRIBUTOR… Q. What is your short term vision and what is your Long term vision..? A1.Short term vision: my short term vision is to handle important issued as per demand . I give priority to the problems immediate attention. A2.Long term vision: I basically work for my long term vision. It is only vision to work for lifetime . I work sustanceable as per schedule for up gradation & satisfaction.
  • 21. CONTRIBUTOR… Q. What is your message or advice for the future engineers or any suggestions for youth ? Message to new engineer: A. Any message to new engineer is that they have to face more critical problems & they have time. -all fresh engineer must use their time as per schedule. Also advise to become self oriented . Do not depend on other. You can do anything just try it again try it & you will be successed.

CONTRIBUTOR QUALITY: Qualities Of A Contributor Personality In Action Making Them Valuable In Work Place.  In Their Work , Contributor Demonstrate Concern For The Human Beings They Serve.  Contributor Go All Out To Try And Find The An Answer. They Take Responsibility For “Making Things Happen” In Any Situation.  Contributors Have A Wider View Of Their Work And Thus Take Pride In Doing Their Work Well.  The Contributor’s Focus Is On Achieving The Larger Goals Of The Team , Rather Than Focusing Only On His/Her Own Personal Success.
