AN INTERVIEW WITH V.P.GOHIL

2.  I have met and convinced Prof. V.P.
Gohil for my interview of CPDP.
 He is M.Sc. (mathematics) and currently
work as assistant professor in department
of mathematics, Government
Engineering College Bhavnagar.
 He shared his experience with us
which was very inspiring for us.

3.  He has six years experience of
teaching in educational
organization.
 I have asked him several
questions about his student life and
professional life and he answered
all the questions professionally.

4.  In his successful career he take his
work as a challenge. And he didn’t
give any clarification about that.
 According to him, the qualities to
become a successful employ are
hard work and humbleness.

5.  During his long successful career,
he have faced many challenges,
he take it as an opportunities.
 According to him internal
satisfaction and external satisfaction
both are required for job
satisfaction.

6.  In question of believe in reward or
opportunity and Domain vision or
purpose vision he did not want to
say anything.
 He emphasis on to be an
environment friendly man. So it will
help to solve many issues
automatically.

7.  By asking him about the seniors or
authorities support he say that he has
good support of authorities and
seniors and he didn’t face any
problem about it.
 Teaching maths is his contribution to
organisation and he want to watch
good citizen in todays students.

8.  His short term vision is to make
perfect students in maths for different
competitive exams and GTU exams
and long term vision is to make of
good citizen of students.
 Be humble, be honest and do hard
work it is his message for youth and
future engineers for to be successful
employ in future.

9.  He failed in GPSC and UPSC both
exams and also failed in some
interviews though he didn’t lose
courage. And again he give GPSC
and crack it by good rank and got
job in GEC Bhavnagar.
He always believe in positive attitude
and and provide guidance about
higher level exams to the students.

10.  I am thankful to Prof. V.P.Gohil to
give me interview. I have learnt
many positive thing from this
interview and I always remember
it.
