This document proposes a bridge monitoring system using IoT. It discusses the limitations of existing bridge monitoring systems and aims to develop a low-cost, real-time monitoring system. The proposed system uses various sensors installed on the bridge to monitor parameters like vibration, load, water level, and cracks. Data from the sensors is sent wirelessly to a central server for analysis. This allows for real-time monitoring and early detection of issues. The system is expected to help bridge maintenance in a more cost-effective manner compared to traditional wired systems.
