• Situation Appraisal (SA) :
A systematic process for planning concern resolution
• Learn how to look at the whole picture by identifying and
evaluating overall concerns.
• Break down difficult and complex issues into workable
pieces
• Establish priorities and allocate organizational resources
for your most critical concerns
• Develop plans or the effective resolution of the issues
including what analysis is required and who needs to be
involved.

A systematic process for finding the cause of negative or positive deviation
• Learn how to resolve problem by first defining the problem in
detail.
• Learn how to systematically test probable cause against facts
