Program Overview
PT. IPDC Consulting & Advisory 2013 10
Successful people managers are able to recognize and mobilize the talents
of the people they work with. They ability to lead and inspire individuals
and teams towards optimal performance is a crucial factor in reaching the
desired personal and organizational goals. Many people when given the
new role of “supervisor and manager" have never actually been trained for
their new responsibilities.
This program offers opportunity for supervisors and managers to acquire
insights and applicable knowledge of leadership and communication skills
with HORENSO and KAIZEN Approach to enable them to deliver their
optimum performance. This workshop has been also designed to enhance
participant in reframing mindset and reinforcing current corporate culture
in a Japanese company setting.
As a matter of fact tat Japanese companies maximize their strengths by
performing their business culture. How about in their overseas offices? It
may not be necessary to fully adapt the Japanese business culture, but it is
very important to let the local members understand the standard or
minimum requirement of it.
Program Overview
Program Objectives
Upon completion of training, the participants are expected to be
able in:
• Understanding managerial and leadership style and work drives in
Japanese company setting.
• Enhance the latest knowledge in Japanese communication
process and kaizen activitities
• Have a strong self- consciousness in paradigm and mindset
change and willing to apply current corporate culture.
• Increasing or decreasing responsibility for an individual or group
rather than punishing or blaming them when things go wrong
• Accepting people as they are and not trying to change them.
They’d rather concentrate their energies on trying to encourage
and facilitate people to perform to the best their abilities and
interest and simultaneously develop their skill and abilities
