TRAINING AGENDA
Overview
In today’s fast paced organization setting, staff and managers increasingly face situations
that require critical decision making in an atmosphere of uncertainty and time pressure.

consistently, with clarity and confidence.

methodical approaches in Problem Solving and Decision Making, in addition to be a
Critical Thinker.
Participants will build competences by learning how to work on the right problem,
develop and structure objectives, understand the consequences and make appropriate
tradeoffs using varied problem solving and decision making tools as well how become
