A health care monitoring system is necessary to constantly monitor patient’s physiological parameters. The tele-medical system focuses on the measurement and evaluation of vital parameters e.g. temperature, electrocardiogram (ECG), heart rate variability, fall detection etc. This will enable doctors and care givers to observe patients without having to be physically present at their bedside, be it in the hospital or in their home.
To deal with various technologies which provide smart sensing in healthcare and compare them for their energy usage and battery life and discuss the format of communication to the database of these devices. To put forward devices which use smart sensors in advanced medical check-ups. To discuss the prospects of upcoming technology called Smart Dust in e-health and its advantages and effects for better deployment of trustworthy services in healthcare keeping in mind all the capabilities of the Smart Sensor.

This project is designed by keeping in mind the accidental death caused on the roads because of the consumption of alcohol by the driver. The whole system can be employed in any steering wheel equipped motor vehicle. The system which is made as compact as possible senses the alcohol molecules present in a specific range and if found, fails the attempt of the driver to start the engine. Pushing the envelope and considering the actuality of the situation where the driver may not be able to drive, the system is interfaced with the widely used GSM technology to establish a quick cellular contact with the closest kin or with the law enforcers.
Health monitoring is the major problem in today’s world. Due to lack of proper health monitoring, patient suffer from serious health issues. There are lots of IoT devices now days to monitor the health of patient over internet. Health experts are also taking advantage of these smart devices to keep an eye on their patients. With tons of new healthcare technology start-ups, IoT is rapidly revolutionizing the healthcare industry.

There are a number of scopes for IoT in order to make a difference in lives of patients. The devices can capture as well as monitor related data regarding patient and allows the providers to obtain the insights without bringing the patients visiting. The procedure can assist the patient results as well as preventing the possible communications for the process that involves risk. However, lack of electronic health record (EHR) system integration is one of the major issues faced while using IoT in healthcare. Some of the EHR systems allow the patients importing data into the record. However, it remains limited to a few dominant where the EHR players as well as leaves providers unspecific of the processing data that can be helpful for the organization to use the process. The challenges for interoperability in order to keep data in distinctive medical devices depend on the purpose and ordering physician.

Communication is the only channel by which we can share our feelings, opinions and conveys messages to others. But a person with a disability like dumb and deaf faces a lot of a problem and difficulty while communicating with normal people. It is estimated and observed by a survey that more than 10 billion of the population in the world are deaf and dumb. Generally, deaf and dumb people use sign language to communicate with others which is based on hand gestures and also on specific motions. But disable person faces a lot of problems while communicating with others because most normal people do not know about sign language and they do not understand it. Due to this fact, deaf and dumb people are not given many opportunities in our societies in different walks of life. So, there is always a communication barrier between deaf and dumb people with normal people. To remove this communication barrier we proposed our project which is a smart glove hand gesture vocalizer to help deaf and dumb people. The smart glove has the capability to convert hand gestures into certain sounds. So, it means by using smart gloves there will be no communication difference between deaf and dumb people with normal people. It is also one of the main aims and objectives of our project to help peoples and serve humanity.

Due to this disabled person find very difficult in their life. So the main objective of our project is to make a very cost-effective system that will help dumb and deaf people to communicate with others. Patient Health Monitoring System Using Arduino & ESP8266Rishav Pandey
Sometimes it happens when patients struggles to find hospital beds but due to high number of covid patients they are forced to stay at home and aren't monitored by any doctor. This Health Monitoring System designed with the help of Arduino UNO board and ESP8266 wifi microchip helps the doctor to monitor the patient remotely (connected via an IoT based platform ThingSpeak). ESP8266 wi-fi microchip is used to provide internet connectivity to our project (or we can connect our project to any wifi using same). The system consists of a pulse sensor and and an LM35 temperature sensor which measures the patient's heart beats per minute and body temperature respectively. The Arduino reads the sensor data, converts them into string, passes them to the IoT platform (ThingSpeak) and also displays the BPM and body temperature on LCD display.
In this way a doctor can remotely monitor the patients and take appropriate actions when required.
Now-a-days, a growing number of people in a developing countries like India forces to look for new solutions for the continuous monitoring of health check-up. It has become a necessity to visit hospitals frequently for doctor’s consultation, which has become financially related and a time consuming process. To overcome this situation, we propose a design to monitor the patient’s health conditions such as heart beat, temperature, ECG and BP and send the message to guardian using GSM. In the recent development of internet of things(IoT) makes all objects interconnected and been recognized as the next technical revolution. Patient monitoring is one of the IoT application to monitor the patient health status. Internet of things makes medical equipments more efficient by allowing real time monitoring of health. Using IoT doctor can continuously monitor the patient’s on his smart phone and also the patient history will be stored on the web server and doctor can access the information whenever needed from anywhere.
Electronic pills- collecting data inside the body.
Electronic pills are used to detect minor problems, which cant be detect by doctors in normal circumstance, electronic pills are swallowed by the patient which moves through gastro tract and measure the changes inside the body, elctronic pills are connected through computer by wireless technology, it is instantaneous and accurate, but due to its expensive costing it is not available in every country and due to its size its diffucult to swallow by small babies, hence still miniature size is necessary and made available in every country.

So in this aspect, an IOT based patient health monitoring system is the best solution for such an epidemic. With an improvement in technology and miniaturization of sensors, there have been attempts to utilize the new technology in various areas to improve the quality of human life. As a result, this project is an attempt to solve a health care problem currently society is facing covid 19.The main objective of the project was to design for to reduce the corona virus, reduce the components and man power. The framework can be utilized to constantly screen the wellbeing parameters of a patient. The body temperature, heart rate and spo2 can be measured from anyplace on the globe utilizing IOT Internet of Things . IOT monitoring of health helps in preventing the spread of disease as well as to get a proper diagnosis of the state of health, even if the doctor is at far distance. We proposed a nonstop checking and control instrument to screen the patient condition and store the patient information’s in server utilizing Wi Fi Module based remote correspondence. As elderly population increases day by day caretaking demands are also increasing. Hence patient health monitoring systems are gaining importance these days. This paper is based on monitoring of patients. We have designed and developed a reliable, energy efficient patient monitoring system. It is able to send parameters of patient in real time. It enables the doctors to monitor patient's health parameters (temp, heartbeat, ECG, position) in real time. In the current proposed system the patient health is continuously monitored using different sensors which is connected to the Arduino board. And the acquired data is send to the server using Ethernet shield attached to the Arduino board. If any of the parameter values goes beyond the threshold value an alert is given to the doctor using an Android application installed in the doctor’s smartphone.

In the last decade the healthcare monitoring systems have drawn considerable attentions of the researchers. The prime goal was to develop a reliable patient monitoring system so that the healthcare professionals can monitor their patients, who are either hospitalized or executing their normal daily life activities. In this work we present a mobile device based wireless healthcare monitoring system that can provide real time online information about physiological conditions of a patient. Our proposed system is designed to measure and monitor important physiological data of a patient in order to accurately describe the status of her/his health and fitness. In addition the proposed system is able to send alarming message about the patient’s critical health data by text messages or by email reports. By using the information contained in the text or e-mail message the healthcare professional can provide necessary medical
advising. The system mainly consists of sensors, the data acquisition unit, microcontroller (i.e., Arduino), and software (i.e., LabVIEW). The patient’s temperature, heart beat rate, muscles, blood pressure, blood glucose level, and ECG data are monitored, displayed, and stored by our system. To ensure reliability and accuracy the proposed system has been field tested. The test results show that our system is able to measure the patient’s physiological data with a very high accuracy.
Improved technology adoption and clinical operations processes are now making it possible to redefine the role of the CRA, while at the same time reducing stress, decreasing costs and increasing clinical trial oversight. In today's era telemedicine has been proved boon for both doctors and patients. Now invention in this area have changed the old and traditional practices .Not even that but they can live at home instead of hospital and can get treatment for their cardiac ailment in case of emergency. In this thesis, I propose wireless telemetry system in which doctor can real time visualizes physiological parameters ECG and temperature of patient via GPRS/WI-FI on mobile anywhere in globe. In critical condition of the patient emergency call can be transmitted to the doctor and doctor can guide care taker person via phone for emergency treatment and can keep himself in touch whenever needed. In this thesis we also develop and design ECG application on the platform of Android.

So the focus of health policy has shifted away from the provision of reactive, acute care toward preventive care outside the hospital. As models of care are redesigned, health economies are seeking to provide more care outside large acute centers. The drivers for this shift are two-fold; first, there is a quality-of-care issue and second, there is a resource allocation issue. Being cared for in a patient’s own home is a key aim of current U.K. government health policy and that is driven by an imperative to provide better quality care to people without the need to disrupt their lives. Therefore, this survey on telemedicine system provides sufficient ideas for remote health diagnosis and monitoring in remote of Sikkim. As per the health personalities the various chronic diseases are diagnosed and treated with the human parameters such as ECG, SpO2, temperature, and blood pressure. These psychological signs are diagnosed in remote hospitals and PHCs and all physiological signs will be immediately transmitted to remote medical server through both cellular networks and internet. The design and development of a low power wearable physiological parameter monitoring system have been developing and reporting in this paper. The system can be used to monitor physiological parameters, such as ECG signals, temperature and heartbeat. The system consists of an electronic device which is worn on the wrist and finger, by an at-risk person. Using several sensors to measure different vital signs, the person is wirelessly monitored within his own home. An epic sensor has been used to detect ECG signals. The device is battery powered for use outdoors. The device can be easily adapted to monitor athletes and infants. The low cost of the device will help to lower the cost of home monitoring of patients recovering from illness. A prototype of the device has been fabricated and extensively tested with very good results.
