with specially designed curriculum

Merits of inclusive education
1. Children learn important academic skill
2. Children develop a positive understanding of
themselves and others
3. Develop friendship
4. All children learn by being together (share
feeling, learn new skill)
5. Every one is granted an equal education
6. Help the disabled children develop socially
De merits of inclusive education
1. The disabled children can be disruptive
2. There is a problem with bullying
3. The teacher tend to be impatient towards the
disabled child
4. The teacher might talk over the disabled
child’s head thus learning the child bored
5. The teacher has to slow down to teach the
disabled child thus creating boredom among
the students.
Practicing inclusive education
1. Most coast effective
2. Teacher effective in including all
children in learning process
3. Equal opportunities for participation
4. Child centered
5. Least restrictive
6. Child remains as natural self
7. Rights, realize and actualize

awareness classes, visiting special schools etc
2. Avoiding unnecessary and irritating sympathy
3. Provide counseling to the ;parents
4. Changing the attitude of parents of normal
children
5. Avoid negative conversation between the parents
