The film Minority Report depicts a society in the near future where an organization implements pre
crime, which is meant to stop murders before they occur. The film depicts a dystopian society by
exaggerating world events and using the common elements of a dystopia. The common story elements
shared by most dystopian works are present in the film. In a dystopian society the people are often
controlled by a strict government, but in this case it is a corporation that closely watches over the
people in order to find crimes that are going to happen and prevent them. Like many dystopian

This enables them to zoom in on specific expenses such as maintenance or energy/utilities, and have
meaningful discussions with their providers about whether their expectations are being met. Customer
satisfaction Measuring the satisfaction level of those receiving FM services is another critical part of
the process. Organizations should use a variety of methods to obtain input directly from their internal
customers, including periodic email surveys (e.g., annual/ semi annual/upon completion of a service),
online or paper suggestion boxes, administrative assistant feedback sessions and # of complaints
received. A detailed scorecard, similar to the one in the cost category, should be established to measure
customer satisfaction. All of these are excellent ways to hear the voice of the customer and identify
areas for improvement. Yet care should be taken to develop and administer surveys that capture
relevant information without being a burden to complete, and that feedback sessions do not keep
participants away from their jobs for too long. Service delivery Proper operational performance is
ensured only when providers meet or surpass firms service delivery expectations. Thus, organizations
should implement a detailed scorecard to assess service delivery performance for each service line.

Taking a gap year between high school and college is becoming a rapidly developing trend amongst
students in the United Kingdom and United States over the last decade. The extreme pressure from the
four years spent in high school leaves students drained and needing to re energize before facing an
even more rigorous course load in college. A gap year is the perfect solution as students take time off
with a purpose before furthering their education. A gap year is a structured period of time between
high school and college when students take a break from formal education to increase self awareness,
learn from different cultures, and experiment for possible careers. As defined by Andrew Jones in his
thesis paper for the University of London, a gap year is, any period of time between 3 and 24 months
which an individual takes out of formal education, training or the workplace, and where the time out
sits in the context of a longer career trajectory (Jones 8). Students spend time away from home
traveling, volunteering, interning or working in an unfamiliar area to gain new experiences. This
period is ideally a phase for students to explore the world and gain valuable life skills and a mature
