Menurut Walter Houston Clark, perkembangan bayi tak mungkin berlangsung secara normal tanpa adanya intervensi dari luar, walaupun secara alami ia memiliki potensi bawaan. Pendapat ini menunjukkan bahwa tanpa bimbingan dan pengawasan yang teratur, bayi akan kehilangan kemampuan berkembang secara normal, walaupun ia memiliki potensi untuk bertumbuh dan berkembang serta potensi-potensi lainnya.
1. Definisi Psikologi Eksperimen
Pendekatan penelitian eksperimen adalah sebuah desain penelitian kuantitatif untuk menemukan efek dari sebab yang diduga. Eksperimen dikembangkan untuk mempelajari fenomena dalam kerangka hubungan sebab-akibat. Dalam penelitian eksperimen perilaku individu diamati dengan cara manipulasi. Penelitian ini bersifat prediktif, yaitu meramalkan akibat dari suatu manipulasi terhadap variabel terikatnya. Menurut Zymney (dalam Susanti dan Fitriyani, 2015) bahwa penelitian eksperimen merupakan suatu observasi yang dibuat agar terjadi dalam suatu kondisi yang terkontrol ketat, dimana satu atau lebih faktor dimanipulasi serta divariasikan dan faktor lain dibuat konstan dengan tujuan kausalitas atau menggambarkan hubungan sebab akibat. Menurut Solso dan Mclin (2002) penelitian eksperimen adalah suatu penelitian dengan memberikan suatu perlakuan langsung dengan manipulasi satu variabel untuk mempelajari sebab akibat (Susanti dan Fitriyani, 2015)

C. Perkembangan Fisik
Perubahan tubuh masa kanak-kanak awal saat usia prasekolah tumbuh lebih besar, Pada umumnya masa kanak-kanak awal, rata-rata anak bertambah tinggi 6,25 cm setiap tahun, dan bertambah berat 2,5 – 3,5 kg setiap tahun.
Pertumbuhan otak mencapai 75% pada usia 5 tahun.
Perbandingan tubuh sangat berubah dan penampilan bayi tidak nampak lagi.
Gumpalan pada bagian-bagian tubuh berangsur berkurang tubuh cenderung berbentuk kerucut, dengan perut yang rata, dengan dada yang berbidang, dan bahu lebih luas dan lebih persegi.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
