3. David A. Kolb’s Theory
• David A. Kolb was born in 1939, and became Professor of
Organizational Behavior in the Weatheread School of
Management in 1976.“He has an interest in the nature of
individual and social change, experiential learning, career
development and executive and professional education”

had steps to his experiential theory.

1. Learning should be viewed as an ongoing process rather than a process
