This document provides guidance on how to make an effective presentation in 3 key steps: planning, preparation, and delivery. In the planning stage, the presenter should determine the purpose, audience, and key messages. Preparation involves rehearsing, developing visual aids, and minimizing notes. For delivery, the presenter should speak clearly, make eye contact, and use body language to engage the audience. Overall, the presentation should have a clear structure, be tailored to the audience, and use visuals and rehearsal to effectively communicate the message.

Two main things which contribute to self-confidence are:
1. Self-efficiency'

Time management for Improved ProductivityNanda Palit

The process of using wordless messages to generate is called Non-verbal Communication. A good communicator must be able to augment his/her verbal communication with the right non-verbal communication.
It is quite interesting to note that the only producer of food in the entire world is PLANT. All others are consumers, and depend only on plants to provide food to all the living organisms and species.
Attitude is the foundation of success. With the right attitude you can see many opportunities. Your choice of attitude can decide the outcome of your life.
Remember, a person gets a job only 15% because of Skills, but 85% because of Attitude. So, change your attitude through a change in your thinking.
The word 'Motivation' is widely used or misused. This PPT is an eye opener for most of the managers faced with the problem of lack of motivation of their subordinates.
This is an attempt to solve their problem in a nutshell.
Ecological Succession is the process of change in the species structure of an ecological community over a period of time.

Hydrologic Cycle is also called as Water Cycle. It basically deals with transformation of water in different forms starting from gaseous stage (water vapor) to liquid state (water on earth's surface), and water inside soil as underground water.and again back to gaseous stage. The cycle has no starting or end.
One can purchase a man's time, his physical presence, but can't buy his willingness to work. This can be achieved only through "Motivation".
Remember, that the ability to work is quite different from "the will to work". That's why, many talented person fail to succeed in life.
Jobs are not given on the marks secured in examination. Success at any interview largely depends on your preparations, mental get up, attitude and practice.
This is an attempt to prepare you to face any job interview and come out with flying colors. 'How to Ace an Interview' is only an attempt to equip yourself and ace any difficult interview.
Remember, jobs are not given based on examination marks.
One has to ace an interview. But, every interview does not end up with a job. So, don't lose heart. Analyse your shortcomings and keep going, till you achieve success. Best of Luck!
Facing job interview is an art. Remember. selections are not done on the basis of examination marks. Through job interviews, employers want to find out that you are the fittest candidate for the job.
What is stress? Stress is a part of being alive. A total absence of stress can be achieved only in death. Stress is the "wear and tear" our minds and bodies experience.
Stress occurs when the pressure is greater than the resource. 80% of all modern diseases originate from 'stress'.
"Stress Management" is the art of taking care of oneself. So, become aware of your stressors and your physical and emotional reactions.
Our aim is not to eliminate stress but to learn how to manage and use it to help us.
Change is an integral part of life. Progress is impossible without change and those who can't change their minds cannot change anything. Change is to survive. Change is to keep yourself updated. So, CHANGE or PERISH.
Leadership is the quality which enables people to lead others to achieve some tasks which otherwise they would never have even attempted.
Leaders inspire people to achieve great success in life.
June 3, 2024 Anti-Semitism Letter Sent to MIT President Kornbluth and MIT Cor...Levi Shapiro
Letter from the Congress of the United States regarding Anti-Semitism sent June 3rd to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, MIT Corp Chair, Mark Gorenberg
Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
