The main purpose of the present study was to determine the effect of regular home visits on the developmental indices of low birth weight infants. The present study was an on-site clinical investigation. 90 infants ranging between 1500 to 2500g born in Razi Hospital of Marand town having the entrance criteria to the present study were taken into consideration through the available sampling method and then they were divided into two intervention and control groups. The intervention group has received the whole routine cares since the first to fourth week and then they were visited at home for 45 minutes a week. The control group received the routine cares. The evolutionary indices of both groups were also completed monthly for three months by referring homes. The related data gathering tool was also subjected to the demographic information through registration list and the Persian version of the Low Weight Infant Inventory (LWII) (2 months) that have been completed by the researcher on the birthday, first, second and third months of the birth through the interview. SPSS-15 software and the application of the inferential and descriptive statistical tests (K2 and T-tests) were also applied in order to analyze the related data in this study. The significance level was considered as p<0.05.
More than half of these related research units of both groups had experience (61.5%) and control (55.8%) regarding all women in this study; the mean score of the low weight infants on the first month had not shown any statistical significant difference; but on the second months (p=0.04) and the third months (p=0.001), they had shown statistical significant difference progressively. The healthcare based on home-visit had influence on the recovery indices of the low weight infants. Hence, nurses and other health monitors of the infants should apply for the healthcare programs based on home-visit particularly in caring infants.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of LBW infants with Respiratory Distres Syndrome events in hospitals Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Makasar. The study design used analytic correlational. Population is all children born with low birth weight in the period 1 January-30 April 2012 in Hospital Makasar Kanjuruhan Kepanjen obtained 168 total sampling techniques. Data retrieval is done by collection of secondary data from the medical records of LBW infants in the period 1 January-30 April 2012. Analysis of the data used is the Chi Square with computers. The results showed that the majority of respondents (59%) incidence of LBW dismatur and most respondents (41%) incidence of low birth weight premature, while the results of research on with Respiratory Distres Syndrome majority of respondents (64%) experienced neonatal with Respiratory Distres Syndrome events and a small portion (36%) did not with Respiratory Distres Syndrome. Abstract
Introduction. Previous research has indicated that many individuals with coeliac disease fail to strictly adhere to the diet. The current study investigated differences in self-reported habit between individuals who do and do not adhere to the diet in order to better understand this phenomenon.
Methods. Individuals with biopsy confirmed coeliac disease who reported that they did not voluntarily recruit gluten were recruited from the Coeliac Society of Victoria and Tasmania. Participants completed a validated self-report measure of gluten-free diet adherence (CDAT) and the self-report habit index (SRHI).
Results. One hundred and thirty six individuals completed the study. Seventeen percent of individuals were not strictly adherent to the gluten free diet. Total score on the SRHI was a significant predictor of whether or not individuals were strictly adherent. Strictly adherent individuals were more likely to report that they followed the diet without thinking and did it without having to remember. The length of time the individual had been following the diet was also a predictor of strict adherence.
Conclusions. Findings suggest that habit may be an important factor for determining whether or not individuals with coeliac disease are strictly adherent to the gluten free diet. The relationship between indicators of automaticity and strict adherence suggests that interventions to strengthen habit formation may be useful in this context. The relationship between length of time since diagnosis and strict adherence indicates that recently diagnosed individuals may require more support for following the diet.

Introduction
Immunization is the process in which an individual is protected against disease, and it is done via vaccination. On the other hand, vaccination is the action of a vaccine being introduced into the body to produce immunity to a particular disease. A vaccine is a product that arouses the immune system of an individual, thus the production of immunity to a particular disease. The immunity thus protects the individual from that disease. Immunity is the protection from a disease that is infectious. Child immunization is the primary public health approach in the reduction of child mortality and morbidity. Assessment of the current approaches that are linked to the immunization of a child is essential. Globally, primary immunization is estimated to prevent approximately 2.5 million childhood deaths annually from tetanus, diphtheria, measles, and pertussis (Dube et al., 2013). Immunization succession is always accompanied by rejection of public health practices, and reasons for these have never been straightforward. Some of the motivations are religious, scientific, or even political. To reduce the incidence and prevalence of vaccine-preventable diseases, vaccination programs depend on a high uptake level. Vaccination offers protection for vaccinated individuals. When there are high vaccination coverage rates, the indirect protection rate is stimulated for the overall community (Dube et al., 2013).Literature Review
Despite this massive use, immunization coverage in countries still developing has been reported to be still low. If mothers were educated on the importance of these vaccine services to their children, all the children would receive immunization as per the Expanded Program on the Immunization schedule, hence preventing mortality and morbidity. According to Thapar et al., in 2014, approximately an 18.7million children could not get the third dose of the Diphtheria-Pertussis-Tetanus (DPT3) vaccine. The total percentage of children who are one year and below and have to receive their dosses of DPT3 vaccine is seen as a proxy indicator regarding full immunization. The DPT3 estimates assess the health system performance and measure the immunization program effectiveness regarding service delivery. These strategies are thus used in the implementation of strategies for the elimination and eradication of diseases. According to Thapar et al., the global coverage for DPT1 and DPT3 was 90% and 86%, respectively, while that of measles first dose at 86%.

A Study to Assess the Effectiveness of Planned Teaching Program on the Knowle...ijtsrd
Malnutrition and Tuberculosis chronic infectious disease are both problems of considerable magnitude in the most underdeveloped regions of the world. Malnutrition can leads to secondary immunodeficiency that increase the host susceptibility to infection. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of planned teaching program on the knowledge and practice regarding dietary pattern among mothers of children with tuberculosis admitted in pediatric ward. Quasi experimental with two groups pre test post test design was used for 60 mothers at IPD and OPD of pediatric department and purposive sampling technique was used. Self structured questionnaire was used to assess knowledge and checklist for practice. In post test experimental group mothers have 63.3 average knowledge, 26.6 poor knowledge and 10 good knowledge while in the control group, 53.3 poor knowledge, 46.6 average knowledge and non hove good knowledge. In experimental group mean score was 17.9 1.96 while in control group mean score was 11.8 2.99. At the “p” value 0.05, the calculated t value 3.21 was compared with the tabulated value 2.01 . In post test experimental group, mothers have 53.3 good practice, 46.6 average practice and none have poor practice while in the control group, 63.33 average practice, 23.3 poor practice and 13.3 good practice. In experimental group mean score was 19.13 1.99 while in the control group, mean score was 14.06 2.85.At the “p” value 0.05, the calculated t value 3.28 was compared with the tabulated value 2.01 . These finding reveals that the planned teaching program on dietary pattern was effective. ABSTRACT
Male partner involvement has been recognized as a key factor in improving maternal health and reducing maternal mortality in settings where men play key roles in decision making in the household. Male partner involvement is one of the strategies that can be used to accelerate the decline in maternal mortality and improve maternal health. The objective of this study was to determine the level of male partner involvement in emergency obstetric care and/or came from home in labour and identify factors that influenced their involvement. A cross-sectional survey using interviewer-administered structured questionnaire was conducted among 150 women aged 18 years. Male involvement was measured using a composite measure of 5 key points. Pearson Chi-Square was used to test association between the various factors and the level of male involvement and logistic regression analysis was carried out to determine the influence of these factors on the level of male involvement. The mean age of participants was 32.9 years (SD=8.2). Overall, 26.4% had high level of involvement, 55.2% had moderate level of involvement and 18.4% had low level of involvement. The period with the highest proportion of high male involvement was during labour and delivery. Younger age (18-25years vs. 26-35years: OR=0.28, 95%CI: 0.12, 0.66) and the couple living with other family members negatively impacted on the level of male involvement. On the other hand, higher level of education (Tertiary: OR=40.57, 95%CI- 3.16, 520.32; Senior Secondary: OR=7.73, 95% CI- 1.61, 37.15) and the couple living together (OR= 13.12, 95%CI 6.86, 25.08) had a positive influence on the level of male involvement. Healthcare institution barriers to male partner involvement included poor staff attitudes, restrictions on male access to labour and delivery rooms and unwelcoming health facility environment. Male involvement in emergency obstetric care and/or came from home in labour was not optimal. Improving male-friendliness of health facilities in terms of infrastructure, organization of services and staff attitudes and education of the community especially men to sensitize them against the negative attitudes towards male participation in maternity care can improve male involvement. The Hospital Management Team in collaboration with the community leaders should organize educational campaigns within the communities to educate community members especially the men, on the importance and benefits of male involvement in maternal health care. Such campaigns can also address negative sociocultural norms and attitudes. The hospital should restructure the maternal health clinics to make them more male friendly. Adequate space and privacy must be provided.

Implementation of Literature Research and Design Sampling to Vaccines
In this section of the paper, the author will continue to delve into the evidence-based proposal project. The author will discuss ten single study research articles related to the topic of vaccines. The author will then identify the quantitative approach and discuss the selected design further. The author will then discuss the target population and how the research will be gathered. The PDSA Change Model will be described in great detail along with how it is applicable to the research.
Research Literature Support
In this section, the author will disseminate research studies consistent with the childhood vaccination topic. For healthy children 2 months and older (P), how does parental education about vaccines (I) compared to no supplemental education about vaccines (C) increase the number of vaccinated children (O) in a six-week time period (T)? We will explore this PICOT question and find support from previous studies.
Jin et al. (2018)published a study that aimed to review the immunization status of cochlear implant recipients, assess if adding a vaccine specialist made a change in vaccine compliance, and elucidate any barriers to vaccine compliance. This study implemented the quantitative approach. Chart review and a telephone survey were used to obtain vaccination status and collect data. The results were that ninety-eight percent of children were vaccinated before surgery as opposed to sixty-seven percent prior to the vaccine specialist consultation. A strength of this study was the inclusion of one hundred and sixteen children. One limitation of this study was the fact that data was collected via a telephone survey. The parents could have been dishonest about whether their child was vaccinated or not.
Kaufman et al. (2017) conducted a study that aimed to define different ways to communicate interventions for routine vaccinations and integrate them into a hierarchy of vaccination communication. The quantitative approach was used. Through a targeted literature search, primary fieldwork observation, and consultations with stakeholders data was collected including inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study were the creation of a hierarchy that is categorized by purpose and outlines communication interventions to address gaps in vaccination education. A strength of the study was that data was collected globally during the literature search. The interventions suggested have not been reviewed for accuracy, therefore, the hierarchy could show gaps in evidence.

Background: Immunization is one of the decisive factors in preventing various life threatening diseases. Vaccines have thrived as one of the most successful healthy intervention on that have diminished the occurrence of various infectious diseases and improved the quality of life in the population. Although the vaccine coverage has been gradually increasing, the average total immunization coverage is far less than desired outcome. Objective: The objective of our study were to enhance the quantity of vaccine delivered in the paediatric care setting, to improve Awareness of vaccination at community level by a more active involvement of clinical pharmacist on vaccination errors and missed opportunities in paediatric care setting, to analyse the extent of knowledge, attitude and practice of parents to minimize vaccination errors and avoid vaccine misconception thereby improving vaccine adherence. Results: It is a prospective observational study was conducted on 253 paediatric subjects upto 3years of age for a period of six months in a secondary care hospital, Hyderabad. The study was divided into Pre- intervention and post-intervention phases and was performed using a KAP questionnaire. The socio- demographic details were collected by using data collection form and their knowledge, Attitude and practice levels were assessed by using KAP questionnaire regarding child vaccination. Out of 253 subjects were enrolled in the study, the percentage distribution of the respondents age showed that the age group of 25-29 were predominant. The respondents with single child were observed to be more with a frequency of 132 out of 253 who received complete awareness about vaccination. Majority of the respondents were under graduates which was the main reason for lack of knowledge on immunization. Of the total 253 study population, male child were 128(50.50%) and female child were 125(49.40%). In the study, the majority of the children were neonates (103) which is 40.71%. majority of children were immunized with polio (75.49%) and least was varicella (3.55%). Of the total population, delayed or missed vaccine was 72 out of 253 i.e. 28.40% which was observed in both the genders. Missed vaccine opportunities were mostly observed for PCV, Rotavirus, and MMR. Conclusion: This study lead to optimal disease prevention through vaccination in multiple population groups while maintaining high levels of Safety and the clinical pharmacist’s interventions certainly will be helpful in providing education on immunization and improving immunization rates in the underdeveloped and developing countries. KAP questionnaire can be used in future researches on immunization and allow for better understanding of relation between mothers knowledge and immunization of children.

This study was carried out to evaluate the knowledge and practice of HIV positive mothers towards infant feeding options at Serere Health Center IV, Serere District. The study design was a cross sectional and descriptive research. The research used both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. The study involved a total of 30 respondents. HIV positive mothers were not fully knowledgeable about infant feeding options as only half of the respondents 15 (50%) had heard of infant feeding options for HIV positive mothers and obtained information about infant feeding options from health workers. However, most of the respondents 17 (56.7%) were not knowledgeable about the available mixed feeding options and 16 (53.3%) respondents were not aware of the importance of infant feeding options which was perhaps not surprising as most 17 (57%) had never been sensitized by health workers about infant feeding options. Respondents also had poor practices towards the use of infant feeding options and most of them 13 (43.3%) selected their current feeding option because it was cheap, 11 (36.7%) said it was readily accessible while 6 (20%) said it was culturally appropriate. However, majority of respondents 25 (83.3%) were laughed at or criticized for using infant feeding options by 12 (48%) friends, 7 (28%) community members and 6 (24%) relatives yet 25 (83.3%) reported that fear of being laughed at prevented use of using infant feeding options. Furthermore, all respondents 30 (100%) reported facing challenges in using infant feeding options including 14 (46.7%) lack of support by family members and friends, 10 (33.3%) baby not feeding well and 6 (20%) unnaturalness of some methods. We therefore, recommend national sensitization programs about MTCT of HIV as well as how this could be reduced and prevented through adequate and effective use of replacement infant feeding options, supporting health facilities offering EMTCT programs with subsidized infant feeding options such as formula in an effort to improve uptake and utilization of this safe replacement infant feeding option.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
