• Surgency – assertive character, strong achievement
oriented, fire in their belly
• Sociability – social skills
• Receptivity – new ideas experiences – extrovert,
• Agreeableness – agreeable, flexible, likable, excellent
team players
• Dependability – deliver, reliable, follow through
• Analytical intelligence – think in a strategic manner,
too high an IQ can be detrimental,
• Emotional intelligence – empathy, good sense of
reality, aware of their strenghts and weaknesses, know
what they stand for.
