Critical realism is the concept which is being constructed by well known British philosopher Bhaskar Roy. He says that world poses two reality i.e. social reality and the other is the natural reality which is the pioneer of the structures which constructs the social reality. Those underline mechanism which operates in this structure if could be comprehended then the objectivity of any event can be derived to the human kind (Bhaskar, 1989

4. Concept
• Bhaskar says that there are events which are in front of our eyes
and that is a reality .
• But there is also a reality which is independent of reality which we
see and constructs and those realities which is directly observable,
these realities lies in structures which exist independently of the
events if we can see those we can achieve objectivity of the world.

5. Methodology
• To find out the natural reality it applies methodological pluralism.
• Rejects methodological relativism.
• Here all possible explanation can be applied but can’t be predicted
rather they act as tendencies for the occurred event.

6. Application in research
• Applied in qualitative research which basically in depth analyses of
the any said event or theme.
• Ex- ladies coach in railway social reality, the underlying
mechanism which has led to separate coach has to be found
through research and tools associated with it and other
philosophical approaches.
