In addition to this the use of yellow suggests happiness, optimism and pleasurethis can tell the readersthat the magazine is also this way with its content. The useof having the some of the cover lines subject matter in yellow then the overview of the content in white makes them cover lines stand out morethan the all white subject matter and overview cover lines. This can tell the reader which articles have moreimportance and morecontent/information just by the cover lines on the front cover. Also the useof having the cover lines over lappingthe main image rather than it over lappingthe main image, makes the cover lines seem moreimportanttherefore the audiencesare more likely to notice these.
