This document presents 9 chest radiology cases with key findings and diagnoses. Case 1 shows a curvilinear shadow extending from the right hila beyond the right hemidiaphragm, diagnosed as Scimitar's syndrome. Case 2 reveals a triangular opacity in the retrocardiac area projecting over the lower dorsal spine without air bronchograms, diagnosed as consolidation with partial collapse. Case 3 exhibits bilateral mediastinal widening more on the left side not extending into the neck, diagnosed as an anterior mediastinal mass like lymphadenopathy, lymphoma, or teratoma.
