This 2-day training program covers change management principles and processes. Participants will learn about leadership's role in change and how to guide employees through the change cycle. The program will also cover Prosci's change management methodology and how to apply a seven-step process to organizational change initiatives. The goal is for participants to gain competency in facilitating change in their own organizations.
