This document provides an overview of a presentation given by PRH Consulting Inc. on leveraging eLearning deliverables to support job performance. The presentation discusses how to design eLearning in a way that mixes learning and doing, in order to reduce learning time and improve job performance. It provides examples of how eLearning outputs can be used outside formal learning to support daily work. The goals of the session are to describe how eLearning can address both learning and performance needs, and to identify opportunities to leverage existing eLearning content.
