Both Linda and Erika have applied their specialized consultative approach in both unionized and non-unionized environments including: private and public public financial high-tech engineering volunteer groups (church and arts-based groups) insurance leisure retail health-care education law regulatory colleges They also draw from a combined 15 years of human resources and managerial experience as employees/senior managers to add to their perspective and understanding of client issues. Within this applied program, they are honing advanced skills in action research, process consultation, communication, learning, change, human systems theory, and research methodology/ intention planning.
