What is ANGER?
          a strong feeling of displeasure and belligerence aroused by a wrong;
          a general term for a sudden violent displeasure;
         an emotion of displeasure or antagonism
         excited by a real supposed injury or insult to one's self or others
          a emotional state that can range from minor irritation to intense rage
         It occurs as a defensive response to a perceive attacked or treat or our
         well-being

Origin of Anger
- comes from personal injust that have happen all our lives (ignorance; tolerance ;ego )
-come from deep within you, it can be anything. it
 Samples:

  maybe perhaps your co-worker or employee didn’t do their work
  maybe perhaps you broke something that make other angry
  maybe perhaps you promised something and you do it
  Relation conflict with someone- excessive anger
  maybe you tripped on a path and makes you hurt
  Maybe you lost / misplace your car key
