Second, I would like to question Dr. Minor about his impairment finding for the bilateral knees. More
specifically, I would like to know where he saw a 1mm cartilage loss of both knees. I suspect he must
have seen it on an imaging study (i.e., X ray or MRI) but it was not explicitly documented in the
report (or I may have missed it).
Third, I will question him about his finding of impairment as a result of a sleep disorder and cognitive
impairment. More specifically, I would like to know if there are any objective findings to support
these impairments.
Fourth, I will question him about his impairment findings regarding binaural as well as the 3% pain
add on for tinnitus. I believe the binaural impairment was given in connection with the applicant s left
ear problem. Also, pain add on is inappropriate to increase an impairment on a body part with zero
impairment. If we could change Dr. Minor s opinion on the base impairment for the applicant s ear
problem, we may be able to wash out the 3% pain add on all together.

Carl Sandburg was a three time Pulitzer prize winning poet, writer, and editor. As he was growing up,
Sandburg s family struggled with poverty, which engendered him to drop out of school early in his
teens to help contribute to his financially strained family. Sandburg was convinced by a man that
served with him during the Spanish American war, that he should attend Lombard College; Sandburg
took his advice and completed four years at Lombard. After getting his education he moved to
Chicago and obtained a job from Chicago Daily News, as an editorial writer. Sandburg s works
emulated his literary influence, Walt Whitman; both poets wrote in free verse. In 1914, Sandburg
published his poem Chicago then two years later, integrated the poem along with various other poems
relating to the city, and titled it Chicago Poems.

like she wants her mother to take care of her. Violet is an innocent child, and does not know what she
is doing are wrong. First time she sees Virgin Mary, she is lighten up by candles, which symbolizes
hope. Next time she goes to the church, there is no candles lit, which could symbolize that the hope is
gone. Instead, she sees a faded painting on the pale green wall. The painting shows black tribesmen,
and the white people. Violet feels like the tribesmen, as if she does not fit in and look like the white.
Also at the end were Violet eats the piece of newspaper, the painting smashes to the ground. It
symbolizes that she cannot be converted the same way as the tribesmen could.
Understanding parents is very important for your childhood. We have sympathy for Violet, because we

In this essay I will address the ways in which mainstream schooling is culturally bound, and why this
is a problem for those who have disabilities. Mainstream schools can be determined as a school of
traditional education or a normal school (Spielgaben, 2015). This categorises mainstream schools
within New Zealand as schools of English medium that follow the New Zealand Curriculum and are
state schools. These English medium schools work with the National Standards system which set
specific expectations for students to have met in the key learning areas of reading, writing and

schooling is culturally bound. The Oxford Dictionaries (2015) defines culturally bound as restricted in
character or outlook by belonging or referring to a particular culture. Due to these schools following
