This document defines and provides examples of different types of conjunctions: - There are 4 types: coordinating, correlative, conjunctive adverbs, and subordinating. - Coordinating conjunctions connect elements of equal importance and include FANBOYS (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so). - Correlative conjunctions always come in pairs like either/or and neither/nor to join grammatically equal elements. - Conjunctive adverbs join independent clauses.
